I like the size and colour of all the jumper’s as I ordered two different school jumper’s but the material for lands down primary academy’s jumper was not really good. After one ware specially hand side starts bobbles or fluffy. As we know school logo jumper always bit praise and we aspect the material should need to be good quality.

Thank you for your review Khaled. I have looked into your complaint and I can see that your order was delivered to you within 10 working days. I can see that the initial delay was caused as you selected the Click & Collect option and then later changed this to delivery via Royal Mail. We can not be held responsible for this delay. In any case, when choosing your delivery option, our website clearly states "5-7 working days (Subject to stock availability)". If an item is out of stock, orders can take a little longer. I think 10 working days is pretty good going if you ask me! Doesn't seem like we did anything wrong at all! See you again soon!

Thank you for your review. I can see from your order history that we despatched your order the very next day and since then, we have had a series of Royal Mail strikes - which are out of our control. We have kept you notified, and despite the fact that your communications have been very abrupt, we have continued to reply to every single communication in a timely manner. We are not obliged to deliver your order to you within 24 hours when you have selected and paid for a 5-7 working day delivery option. We CAN NOT be held responsible for any Royal Mail strikes, or any other delay to your parcel caused by the couriers we use. If your item is lost in transit, we will very quickly trace this and issue a replacement. Thank you for your lack of patience and understanding. Next time please come into our shop and collect your items!

The school jumper wool on the wrong is too much,it stain the white shirt .If they can improve the quality of the school jumper from the wool frilling that would be perfect

Hello Idayat, thank you for your feedback. We always recommend that you wash the jumpers before the first wear to ensure all loose fibres are washed away. Zeco jumpers are probably the best jumpers in the market, so we always use their products. Please follow care instructions and you will be very pleased with your purchase!
