Ok but not great
Were initially helpful and arranged delivery fairly quickly. They sourced some other materials I didn't find on their website. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong thing, messaged to ask if they'd be able to take it back obviously at my cost. No reply. Then found out they'd overcharged me for the materials anyway. Shame as I would have been a returning customer.

Hi Dawn,
Thanks for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear things didn’t go as smoothly as they should have. We're pleased we could help initially by delivering the materials but obviously things didn't go well after that.
We appreciate your review and would love the opportunity to make it up to you. Should you choose to try us again in future, we'll do our very best to meet your needs and provide the level of service you expect.

Online purcase
Ordered Render cleaner online. Called to check what the expected delivery time was. Was assisted by a very helpful man, who had changed the delivery company to ensure delivery next day for me. Great customer service. Highly recomment
