Unlock codes did not work. There is no customer service either. No one answer the on instant chat or email. Asked for a refund and still awaiting a reply....

I got my unlock code BUT......
I got my unlock code BUT they took a day longer than promised and they never got back to me about a question i asked but other than that they did what i paid them to do so i cant in good faith give a full 5 stars simply for these reasons. Youll absolutely get what you paid for although i can't vouch for the timeframe.

One star because it is req. They deserve NONE. I odered from them on 8.21.20 @ 3pm. $55 for a code to unlock my device. I paid for delivery of 1-12 business hours. After 2 site msgs and 4 emails, this is what they wrote....
8.22.20: Hi Angel,
Sorry for this situation. Delivery time for the code is 1-12 business hours, this mean weekend is not included. I am waiting for your code to deliver to you ASAP.

Seriously, I figured I get this code by today, but I seriously doubt it. I appreciated you responding after sending several messages and emails to you, but this is NOT encouraging for me. You should NOT offer 1-12 business hours, as you describe, if you are going to make people wait longer than the $49.99 you charge for 1-2 days wait period!! I actually paid $55, and it has been 3 days already. I try to deal with the best companies I find. Although I have another very reliable company, I could not find the link to their page, and so I figured I try you guys. But I not only found the link, but have also contacted them.
