Unlock codes did not work. There is no customer service either. No one answer the on instant chat or email. Asked for a refund and still awaiting a reply....

As described.
Requested a code to unlock a Samsung Galaxy S10+ locked to the UK EE network.

Really bad customer service, i asked for a ZTE unlock and never heard back from they within a week, after that i contacted the support team asking for an estimated time of resolution and didnt get back from them, just got my money back but without any explanaition
