I agree with everyone who experienced scam by upright law. I recently contacted this company to help me with my credit solution to the problem. and they told me a lot of nice things. obviously It was too nice to be true because the last minute I change my mind and I decide to cancel the service with them. before giving them my personal information I call them back and I tell them that I want to cancel my bank bankruptcy I did not want to continue because they never even started on the case . they said that I have to pay 25 dollars in advance and 89 dollars a week so they charged my debit card for the service…. My big mistake is that I give my debit card number and they send me text messages and emails to upload my social security and my ID. Thank god I NEVER GIVE THEM MY ID AND MY SOCIAL SECURITY. and told me that I would get my money back if I decide to cancel the service. Guess what!! It never happened I call back to find out they give you a very rude attitude they hung up the phone on me no money back… I told them that they did not do anything on my case why I can’t have my money back they refuse to pay me my money STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE ARE A VERY BIG SCAMMERS IF YOU ARE GOING TO MAKE YOUR BANKRUPTCY LOOK FOR SOMETHING ELSE . LOOK FOR PROFESSIONALS NOT THIEVES SCAMMERS THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES SCAMMERS LIARS LIARS LIARS.

The staff assigned to my husband and myself were easy to work with during the process of filing bankruptcy from start to finish. I had to defer a payment, no questions asked.

The bankruptcy is going very smoothly and it was wonderful to deal with the attorney Brian Glass.

Was very nervous about who to trust with my bankruptcy. I called upright law and it all happened pretty fast. The attorney that I got here in Pittsburgh was amazing, Christian Rieger. He was amazing. Answered my calls and e-mails and I always felt like he was really trying to take care of me and not just going they the process.

Im not sure whats going on. But I finished my payments for filing bankruptcy. It came out $2,000 and some change. After my payments where done, the lawyer office Fabrizi took my case. A year later im still waiting for them to file bankruptcy and now the credit cards are about to garnish half my check. How can this be after paying so much money? I don't know what to do. And of course they got paid, so they don't give a damn..
