I had been carrying an extra 5-7 -10 kilos my entire adult life. I am 63 now and have been using hydra slim for over a year. I have lost 12 kilos and my stomach and thighs are showing the most weight lost. I didn’t change anything else so can only assume it was from taking Body Slim everyday. I also love their Algotherapy body lotion. It makes my dry crepey skin feel tighter and toned. Love the smell too.

I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia about 10 years ago, the medical profession could only offer me anti-depressants and painkillers. In 2020 I found Hydraslim Plus by Urban Retreat/Acti-Labs, Paris. Oh my goodness, I used to be bed-ridden with flares for up to 7 days at a time! After starting on the HSP (it’s now called Body) my flares are half a day to non existent now. A year later I added Mind and the Brain Fog is virtually gone, which is wonderful. I was so impressed I became a Consultant

Absolutely disgusting customer service.
My product was mis-delivered by the courier and UR are refusing to resend my products and have offered no refund.

Excellent service fast delivery . Products I received are excellent 3D corrector is perfect lgt/mdm not heavy and great cover . Cream blusher great to apply as has a sponge tipped applicator and is great on . Lip gloss plump in Influence so natural better than my expectations. Excellent products .

It's very easy to order online, so many products to choose from that work also, they are just magical products. Extremely swift delivery in such brilliant safe packaging, highly recommended.
I just love Urban Retreat.

The owner of Urban Retreat MLM side made false stalking allegations about me to West Midlands Police along with a corporate member of staff because I exposed on my Facebook page that products they were selling through another brand they owned as vegan and halal were not. When Police took further statements off them these statements outlined deep and incessant stalking of ME from both these individuals plus a consultant who has also made false allegations. The evidence of their stalking of me is so shocking, it's lead to a professional standards investigation within the police force for starting an investigation against me for these people. Of course all charges were thrown out and now these individuals are now under investigation for perverting the course of justice. I can provide all evidence of this if this review gets flagged. I am very concerned for anyone who gets involved with these deeply problematic people.

The company launched in Australia just recently. They seem to have bypassed all the rules for a business - I couldn’t even find the company as a registered business in Australia and my consultant contacted admin about two products that didn’t smell right and no reply. I expected more from a French beauty company.

I love everything I have used from them so far. Shampoo and condtioner, mascara, brow liner, lip gloss and shower oil. Trying out the wellness line next!

Da meine Bestellung nie bei mir ankam kann ich über die Produkte nichts sagen, allerdings war der Kundenservice eine Katastrophe. Anstatt mir mit meinem Problem der nicht Zustellung durch FedEx zu helfen, gab man mir die Schuld und setzte mir ein Ultimatum mich bei FedEx zu melden. Das habe ich versucht aber ich kann als Empfänger überhaupt keinen Mitarbeiter sprechen. Ich habe nun alles storniert und hoffe das ich mein Geld erstattet bekomme.

I’ve tried many collagens, but by far this one is the best for hair regrowth if you suffer from alopecia hair thinning & shedding this collagen after two months Actually works & my nails look and feel so strong! Will continue to use this product I’m very pleased with it.

I tried Body Slim, Reset, Tummy Tonic. Absolutely no difference. I was already following a good nutritional plan and thought this would assist with losing those extra 15 lbs. Stopped using it, and tweaked my nutritional plan instead. There are no short cuts with weight loss and this certainly isn't one either.

Amazing products! I have been using the shampoo and conditioner for 15 years. I thought my hair looked good till I used Capill duo with leave in conditioner. Took a before and after pictures and wow what a difference in just 1 use. My hair is longer and shiny and very manageable. Urban Retreat has changed my life.

I bought two bottles of what I thought was moisturiser (it was in that section of the website) but it was a weird spray. My daughter used it and came up all red and hot in the face, I had the same reaction. I messaged them to see if I could refund at least the unopened bottle, but they said unless I had a doctors note proving the reaction, they don't refund. Awful customer service IMO!

Prices seem fair

I find the business practices to be a bit dishonest. I tried several of their products when I signed up to be an ambassador but was consistently underwhelmed. In one example I found the scent of the micellar lotion and an exfoliator to be intolerable. It was overpowering and smelled like cough syrup. I submitted a review to the Urban Retreat website in hopes to alert consumers who are sensitive to smells. I gave the product one star which brought the rating down slightly. But my review never posted. And when I checked again, the number was no longer counting either.

So I looked and apparently they only allow 5 star reviews to post for all their products. All products have five stars but a very low number of reviews. That’s not only unrealistic but it’s dishonest and shady and just goes to show they are cherry picking reviews to get sales above all else rather than allowing paying customers to provide honest feedback.

Needless to say they will not be getting any of my business again ever.
