Urban Stems has been fantastic to work with! The arrangement I chose was simple, natural, beautiful. I had a question for customer service after I placed the order and Imelda was great! Prompt, helpful, and kind -- you can't ask for more!

I ordered flowers and 3 add ons. The flowers arrived, The other things did not. I made my complaint and new flowers and my items were all delivered the next day. Carol was very helpful!

Erika was responsive and very customer focused. She was able to offer an option that was very kind and thoughtful. I will definitely order from UrbanStems again for the way Erika was able to help me!

Angel was a big help!! I was rushing to get an order in, and the shipping address defaulted to my address instead of the recipient’s. Within 10 mins, Angel made the adjustment!

Start to finish this was a great experience. I had received a gorgeous floral arrangement and unfortunately there wasn’t a card in it so I had no idea who sent it. I immediately contacted UrbanStems and they helped solve the issue immediately. I worked with Erika to solve the mystery and she was wonderful. And the floral bouquet that I received was stunning! I will definitely use this company myself going forward.

I sent my mother flowers for her birthday and the quality was poor. I reached out immediately for resolution, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quick, friendly response, followed with a timely resolution. Within in an hour, I had a response and resolution plan from Erika: there will be new flowers arriving within 48 hours. Assuming the new bouquet is much better quality (TBD), I have to say that I anticipate my satisfaction level being 10 out of 10. Things happen, but when it does, it's all about the response, and I think Erika did an outstanding job resolving the issue. Thanks!

Angel made it easy to update my order once I realized an error. He didn't dismiss the request, but came up with a thoughtful and considerate way to address it. Very grateful for his help today!
