HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I purchased three Diono car seats on November 4, 2024, and one has had a defective headrest that constantly falls off. Despite months of back and forth with customer service, I was given the wrong installation diagram, treated condescendingly, and then falsely told my seat was out of warranty even though I have proof it is not. Calls now go unanswered. Dishonest and unhelpful service. Not worth the purchase if you expect safe products or fair treatment.

customer service non existent

Couple of minor issues such as lost parts for car seat. Both times I contacted them, I did get a response. However the response was “we dont deal with U.K. customers”. AVOID.

Customer support not very good

We purchased three car seats from them, one of which arrived defective. When we contacted customer support, they wanted us to pay out of pocket to ship the defective car seat back, even though they were the ones that sent us a defective car seat.

Color me surprised

Color me surprised. I've been using Diono products for years and have been happy with them. I wanted to buy a new booster seat and contacted customer service to try to get help. The person I spoke to didn't know anything and couldn't connect me with someone more knowledgeable. I asked for a call back and received nothing. Extremely disappointing. Will buy from another company.

Carus Carrier 4-1.

We emailed this company back on the 22nd Of November explaining whilst I was carrying my 6 month old baby one of the straps on the carrier had snapped.

We sent them photos to see if there was any advice on fixing it or if we can take it somewhere to get fixed. We had an email back saying we will be getting a new carrier.

It’s been 2 months since this email and I left it a month before I chased as it was Christmas period. We’ve been speaking to Chris Saures who has over promised every time we chase that it was been sent out that week.

We are now in February still no carrier still having to borrow carriers from friends. I won’t buy a new one considering I spent so much on the original carrier.

Won’t be buying from them again.

Worst ever company

Worst ever company. Customer service is non existent and extremely difficult to contact. After the brakes on my buggy went faulty after only 5 months they’ve refused to repair or replace it. They are not interested in helping any UK customer at all. Would never buy anything from this brand again.

Customer service doesn't exist

Customer service doesn't exist, call the phone #, they just take a voicemail, then you get an email to call the same phone #

Then when you email back your question, you don't get a good answer, if you ask them to call so you can ask them the question (all stemming because an installation instruction manual wasn't included in the box) you just get additional email without the answer you need.

The car seat seems to be great, unfortunately I spent more time chasing customer service trying to get information from them on making sure I installed it correctly, than to actually install it.

Worse company ever !!!!

Ordered a new car seat never received it claim to be a delay won't be able to receive it by September worse service ever trying to chase my money back from the company seems to take forever do not purchase from this company shop else where

Bad customer service

No, I would not suggest going through them. Bad return policy and no one answers emails, phone calls or Facebook messages. It’s massively horrible. Stems from the top too, the horrible leadership “team”. They care about the bottom line and that’s all.

They lack customer support

They lack customer support. I have sent in many emails and Facebook messages. I never hear back. I have seen that several people have had the same experience with them. I ordered a car seat back in early October and I'm still waiting to even get a shipping status.
