The company is a scam company selling stuff that doesn’t work do not buy from them at all and if you did get a lawyer we need to expose this company and shut them down this needs to stop they have scammed so many people it’s not funny we all need to come together and do something and shut their site down completely!

I only had to hit on the star in this review to access my complaint but usa parts online gets a negative 19 stars. They are scammed selling bad engines with no compression and will stall with emails until your warranty goes out and will not reimburse you and will ship your engine late to you.This is one of the worse companies and experiences I ever had. I lost 4,000 thousand dollars dealing with this company

Scam

Don’t order from this place unless you really don’t love your car! I took a chance on their website to only find out poor communication at its finest. I waited 2 months for an engine that was shipped to Indiana but was told I’m in luck to wait 2 more weeks to get that fix. I kept calling for two whole months and no response no update. I knew something was sketchy when they had my phone blocked! Once I disputed the charge they quickly came up with a tracking number and photos of a random engine that looks like it’s been outside for months. They will treat you disrespectful. Tony and Nick are in the business of full blown fraud. Be careful don’t no waist your energy

The company is a joke

Do not, under any circumstance order from this company. We ordered a motor in December, didn't get it till February. Paid my guys to install it for the customer only to find out it had no compression. They sent a trash motor. They are supposed to send me another one, only for it to get shipped to Minnesota. I'm in Tennessee. they are not in any hurry to get it fixed, and are extremely rude. in their warranty, it says they will cover the labor I wasted, but they keep ignoring that question every time I bring it up. Im calling my lawyer as we speak. this company is a joke

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS 'COMPANY'. They are a fraudulent, scamming company, will steal your money, never deliver your product, refuse you a refund stating item that was never delivered needs to be returned to them first and then they will withhold return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee WHEN YOU NEVER RECEIVED WHAT YOU ORDERED. This was an engine for my 18 year old, highschool student, son for a 1995 Suburban. He spent $1,829.98 and now they're refusing to give his money back and they refuse to provide ANY verifiable tracking information, transport company information or location of where the engine supposedly is despite numerous calls and emails asking for this information. It has been OVER a month when we were told that it would be 10 business days for delivery when we ordered it January 6th 2026. Do NOT EVER buy anything from this place, Nick S and Tony treat people like dirt, lie and steal from their customers. I truly hate the world that my kids are growing up in, I wish I could give this 'company' minus 50 stars as there was NOTHING good or redeeming about dealing with them. Now I'm left to fight for my highschool son's money back that he worked so hard to save so he could get his car up and running.

What a terrible experience I had trying…

What a terrible experience I had trying to get a transmission! Nick treated me so bad that I was literally at a loss for words, except obscenities. I was told several times a part was shipped and nothing ever arrived, when I asked where the part was weeks later I was told it was delivered, (it was not). One time nick even had the unmitigated gaul to try and tell me that he had pictures of my part being delivered to me, however he could never produce a picture to me. When I asked for a refund they told me that I would have to pay for the return shipping and then a re-stocking fee(on a part that was never shipped). You all should really consider my words here and heed the warning to stay away from this company. I needed up having to file a dispute through my credit card company and after a lengthy investigation by my credit card company, my card company refunded the money I gave them 2 months prior for a transmission.
I literally think nick suffers from narcissism, as he has the inability to admit he made a mistake, even in light of blatant errors.

If I could give a -5 stars I would. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve received in my entire lifetime. The narcissist that answers the phone is absolutely the worst human I’ve dealt with on the planet. I don’t know how they run a business at all but then again now I know. They are LIARS, SCAMMERS, THIEVES, & will continue to gaslight you until you just give up. If you never want your part and if you want your money stolen and if you want to be berated, belittled and made to feel like you did something wrong then this is the place for you. Otherwise NEVER NEVER NEVER BUY from this horrific company. They are committing fraud I believe 1000%. I should’ve read the reviews before buying a part from them. Now I’m with the hundreds of reviews who got the same deal I did. DONT DO IT!!!!

I bought a motor from them and my mechanic friend made a mistake cause the truck was a split year and the motor won't work. So I contacted them about swapping it out for the right one and the would not work with me at all. They expected me to take a $1000 loss on $1800 when I still was try to get the right motor from them. The guy nick I talk with seemed like he wanted to help but management wouldn't allow it they don't care about the customers. So now stuck with an $1800 paper weight or lose $1000 then buy another motor

Purchased a part with a 5yr warranty

Purchased a part with a 5yr warranty. They made it difficult by asking for receipt for install, when their site says nothing about having a shop install it, then they wanted an ASE Certified mechanic to confirm part was bad, so I did that. After a month I have no resolution and when I called, I got smartass attitude and when I said I don't need a smartass attitude and asked for someone without an attitude he told me to F*&% Off and hung up. I've now sent an email and my next step will be to contest the charge with my credit card company and ultimately I will proceed to court just to prove a point. I suggest you call B&R rather than them, since USA PARTS ONLINE sources directly from B&R and you'll save 70% of the cost.

Wasted a day on an attempted order

Tried ordering a part from KIApartsonline twice. Twice it automatically cancelled the order, the first time 12 minutes after I ordered and the 2nd and hour and a half afterwards. There was no explanation.

I called and the service department says their software kicks people out automatically and there's nothing they can do about it.

They apparently don't want business or don't stock the parts they advertise.

I purchased a transmission from them

I purchased a transmission from them, of which that process was easy. They advertise a 5 year warranty, and after 1 year the transmission started falling apart. I sent it pictures from the mechanic showing pieces of metal that had fallen off. They made it seem like an easy process, but after 3 weeks and still no approvals they are no longer taking my phone calls. I provided everything as requested (pictures + original invoice from shop). When I asked to escalate my issue to a manager, I was told "cool" and hung up on. Nobody will answer the phone now. I do NOT recommend purchasing from this company. Pay the higher cost and let your mechanic that you know & trust to place the order with their trusted suppliers.

Raised the price of a motor on hold

Had a motor on hold, purchased it on the website, then received an email stating it was no longer in stock. Same engine and part # was ironically still listed on the website but $900 more, also when I called 3 different times to verify it was still in stock I was told 3 different mileages. Very shady business practices, I called again and was told there’s nothing they can do, the prices are the prices. All they did was raise the price because they knew they could get more money. They really should stand behind their prices, especially when a part is already on hold.

Purchased a used engine and the timing guides were broken they tried telling me it was damaged during shipping after numerous calls back they agreed to send another one and it was broken as well. Spend your hard earned cash somewhere else these people are crooks.

Unsure if this is a Viable Business

Seeking a difficult-to-find appliance part, I was thrilled to find it on the USA-parts-online.com, vendor’s site. Before purchasing the part, I tried calling multiple days/times during business hours from end of November & into December 2024. The Customer Service phone number on the website rang & rang before the recoding clicked in: The Google phone number you have reached…. I advise avoiding ordering from this vendor before speaking directly with vendor by phone & be assured of the return policy.

Was referred to this place by my…

Was referred to this place by my mechanic who said they have had several customers use them before and had great luck. I was skeptical at first as I have never ordered anything this expensive before online. That is why I want to leave this review because their aren't many out there.
I called in and asked about the engine I needed, they were super helpful in getting me pointed in the right direction. They asked several questions to ensure I was getting the right item, I looked it up wrong and almost ordered the wrong part, not sure what CNG is but its not compatible with my truck.
Engine arrived a couple weeks later, looked like a good engine, my mechanic told me a used motor is going to have to have gaskets replaced which was no big deal. He went ahead and installed it, started up first try no problems. Got my truck back 2 days later. Was running really really good, I was so happy to have my truck back you have no idea. Been 7 months since we got the truck back. Have had no issues with the engine, a sensor went bad but that was an easy fix didnt call USA Parts Online about it. I highly recommend these guys if you are needing an engine or transmission or any part for your car. I will be calling them if I ever need an engine or transmission for my vehicles.
