This was the first time I'd really ordered USB drives so was pleased that Alan was so approachable and honest. He kept me informed of the process from start to finsh and also informed me when my drives would be coming. As it was they came early which was a bonus. It'll be a little while before I order again but I'm not going to bother shopping around next time I'll just go straight to USB Trader, no messing about. I'd recommend to others.

Attention to detail was my only minor reservation - these guys are busy so you need to keep your requests simple - I change my needs and they found that a bit challenging

I got the best quotes, step by step updates throughout the design process and swift delivery of the product which looks great and is perfect for our events and conferences.

I ordered USB sticks for a conference. I was offered a competitive price from the start. Communication with the seller was very good throughout the process. The quality of the delivered product was excellent and care for details was clear all the way through.

After an unexpected delay in delivery from another supplier we had to find a supply of branded USB sticks really fast. USB Trader were very responsive and offered an excellent price with clear communications at every step. The delivery was made in good time to meet our deadline and the quality of the product was very good. We will definately be working with USB Trader again.

We were tasked by a client to provide 80 USB sticks and had 5 working days to source a provider, and organise the artwork and have the USB's delivered.
After using google we called a number of suppliers I think 4 in total, USB Traders were the only company who came back to us with a quote within the hour and didn't seem phased by the very short lead time. The items were ordered, invoices processed within 24 hours and information sent of the courier and tracking number for peace of mind that we knew the items would arrive at the Conference in time.
