Stable was a great platform to have. Our founding team was unsure on the legalities including my mentor & CEO ( hope they don’t mind saying it ) when they set up shop , and it was our lawyers that recommended Stable to us.

Stable met us where we were in terms of pricing in year one when we were bootstrapping without revenue and made it so seamless and also helped us with a: Registrar in Delaware ( something we needed to have Delaware incorporation ) , an Office space in Dover, DE and most importantly having a very seamless concierge experience for all mail correspondences in the last 2 years. They even deposit checks if requested making my life as admin so much administrative.

Their suite of experience spans more solutions but even as a start up , we have been very fortunate to have them around. They actually are solving real problems and deserve this review and love!

Very expensive, and the interface is unusable in some cases. The customer service is rubbish!

We started our company without any funding and needed a number of things that would help us set up ourselves as an entity!

An office address , a registrar , a facility that could receive any mail / paperwork and help scan process them to us.

Stable became our one stop shop and they even extended a discount upfront to help us when we needed them!

It’s been 2 years now. We are now a cash flow positive company but we are not looking to move up the ladder, as we already are with the right set up!

If you are looking for a high quality virtual mailbox service, which includes a permanent business address, mail management (scanning, shredding, and forwarding of mail and packages), as well as check cashing, and automated, secure, and searchable digital operations, I highly recommend Stable.

We would like the ability to create individual folders in the Archive area, Create a list of individuals name address phone # to forward mail to, instead of adding them over and over each time we forward mail. We'd like certain documents rescanned into a different order. Considering some documents we receive are upto 2-150 pages or more.

The assigned agent for us is great with communication any time I have a question, no matter how small or big it is. The mail system is easy to navigate.
