I took a quick visit to U.S patriot to pick a few things up and was met by an employee named kalysha where she was beyond helpful. By far the most helpful employee I’ve ever had the privilege of meeting. She found everything I needed and skipped time with great conversation. The worst part about walking in the store was walking out.

Kadena Patriot Tactical puts mission first.
I bought a pair of boots from Patriot Tactical while on deployment at Kadena AFB. After a week of flying they came apart at the seam. I had very little time to exchange them before I returned to Canada. The store manager understood my situation, and allowed the return. I felt welcomed as a foreign service member, and thanks to the kind staff at the Kadena Patriot Tactical, I've got the boots I needed for flying. Thank you!

Concurrent Visit w/ PX or Barber
First off, the store smells amazing so anyone passing has to stop just to smell the freshness. Light soft music to allow time to browse the tactical.items and she is so pleasant to speak to and knowledgeable on stock items. Very helpful. Always have to stop by when I visit the PX.

Vannessa is phenomenal! She is very polite, friendly and very patient. She really made my shopping experience very pleasant. The store is very clean and well organized so it makes it very easy to shop. Last but certainly not least, the store ALWAYS smell nice!

Amazing customer service
Vanessa made sure I had the best experience whilst shopping. Very knowledgeable and made sure to listen to all my wants and needs. Definitely recommend stopping by the West Point US patriot if you’re around because I will be stopping by anytime I need additional gear.

Ternerica was amazing. She was very knowledgeable about the garmont boots that I purchased and the face paint that I have been looking for. I brought all of em off the shelf and the a hand full of protractor. She is always helpful when I come in.
