I had to chase very hard for the timely delivery of the car. It wasn't V4Bs fault but the supplier. However as a customer I shouldn't have to chase up your suppliers.

Outstanding Service
Excellent service - great pricing, diligent staff who work hard for the customer. Got me the vehicle I wanted for less than I hoped and quicker than I hoped. Much better than previous experiences of going direct to dealers for contract hire - will use again!

V4B have been fantastic through the entire process, from securing my preferred colour all the way to checking in after the car was delivered. They've been nothing but helpful and answered all my questions quickly (even if I felt that I was being slightly annoying!) They're exactly the sort of company I needed as this was my first leasing experience, I'm so glad that I chose them over other companies out there.
I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again!

Good experience
I would like to say thank you to Kayleigh Evans, Ellie Rogers & Yasmin Hodkinson for helping me with my new car. They were great with communicating with me, even though there was a slight delay on the car (because it was a factory order) , it still came a month later which I’m very happy about. Will definitely use this company again for my future cars!

The team were very quick to respond with a quote, and to adjust it several times until we were happy. The paperwork was quick to come through and was processed swiftly. The car arrived then arrived quickly.

Very smooth process

Kia EV9 Lease
Dave was easy to deal with and cover a number of different options when I was originally looking at the lease.
Ellie did an awesome job of keeping me updated, answering my many questions and pushing things through as quickly as possible once I had placed my order.
V4B have great systems in place to make the whole process very easy - including online forms which means almost everything could be sorted from the comfort of my laptop.
Oh - and the price was a steal too - what's not to love!
