No one answered the phone to help me.
Love the vaccuum cleaner, bought one at $89.99 to test in my salon. After test we decided to buy 9 more for the shop I opened the website and they were $49.99. i ordered them but was unsure whether they were the same model as the first one I ordered. The only thing keeping me from a 5 star is I could not get anyone to answer the phone to check my order. Now I am just hoping. my phone if anyone wants to call me is 803-412-5053

The web site sucks
The web site sucks. Put in my model number and got hose correct but floor brush is not correct for my Miele. Now I got to return at my cost. Not happy about that

Problem Solved in Less Than a Week!
Our housekeeper comes on Thursdays, and alerted me that our Miele vacuum's carpet head had stopped working. She showed me where the wires had frayed within the telescoping wand and believed that to be the culprit. Seemed reasonable, so I went online and found the part at Vacuum Cleaner Market and was able to easily confirm that the part was the right part for my vacuum. The replacement part arrived by Tuesday, and on Thursday our housekeeper reported that the vacuum was working better than ever. Thanks! The process was easy, the price was reasonable, and delivery was prompt. Much appreciated.

Very happy with purchase
I bought a vacuum from Vacuum Cleaner Market because they had the best price online. So happy with the easy purchase and quick delivery. Well packaged and you have to sign for delivery so it won't just be left on the porch. I buy 1 or 2 vacuums a year for my cleaning service and would definitely buy here again.
