Quick product shipment and good customer service.
Quick product shipment. However, very poor customer service. The product arrived defective. I never received any reply to my inquiries (email & phone) and request for product replacement.
Update: After posting my original review, I was contacted by Vacuum Cleaner Market. They a-apologized for the delay and promptly shipped the replacement part. As a result, I have improved my customer rating.

I purchased bags and a filter for my 14 year old Simplicity vacuum. The customer service is wonderful. I received my order in a week. I had to do an exchange on the filter due to an error on my part. I received the new filter within a week of my shipping back the first one. E-mails were responded to in a
