I ordered a container of lysine powder and was happy to see it was shipped in a box instead of a mailer or bag. The box had air pillows inside and the powder container had been wrapped with plastic wrap. This was the best packaging i have seen in a while and I appreciate this extra care. I would highly recommend Valley Vet Supply.

Some unanticipated problems
Automated cat feeder arrived as promised. Now I need to convince my cat to use it. There is a training period involved when the lid doesn’t close completely, which kind of defeats my purpose which was to keep greedy cat from gobbling up skinny cats food while skinny is stretching or grooming her shoulder that she noticed while chewing or taking a short walk around the feeder. I truly did not anticipate this training period, which may last for several weeks while skinny cat gets used to the lid closing and stops startling! Hopefully it will work out eventually, because I am not going to hand feed skinny (her preferred method of eating canned food) forever.
