Thanks for your review. Regardless of the feedback, we always welcome it.

Knowing only the basic specs of your Mac, we need to acknowledge that it is 11 years old and running an outdated OS, last updated in 2024. No further updates are available, and sadly, your system is considered at the end of its official Apple support lifespan.

This means no more security or hardware updates, no more bug fixes and many apps will gradually stop supporting it.

Performance issues also become more common with newer software, and maintenance is really important to get a few more years.

That said, our testing suite on similar setups runs our software perfectly, provided the system still meets the overall minimum specs by way of space/memory/GPU and health

You provided your account details via the TrustPilot messenger service, but unfortunately, I cannot locate any prior to review contact with our Support Team, so we have not had the opportunity to help you resolve this.

For older Mac users, it is really important to keep up with the housekeeping of the system, so we recommend following all steps in the guide below

Not compatible with iPad, as we do not offer a Lite Version, vanspace 3D is a full design program
Custom Furniture and Fitting features are provided; you would not rely on prebuilts in van conversion

1. We do not offer nor have we ever advertised a free trial at any time
2. You have purchased a software licence to design a tiny home, not a van or bus conversion, without prior discussion
3. We have requested a couple of image examples of your planned concept, as we still may be able to accommodate this in the software

ANSWER - I was expecting a feature that was not shown or described

A refund could not be given if an unadvertised feature is not available, however, let´s check if it is!

Please provide the following information with as much detail as possible.

1. What feature/s do you feel is missing from the software
2. How has this missing feature hindered your design
ANSWER - I thought I could create my own custom furniture

As you can see there is no mention of a missing template, only a missing feature that actually IS provided.

Creating custom furniture will be necessary in every single DIY van conversion as you will deal with unusual spaces and slopes in some areas, especially when designing your very own unique layout.

customise items offered in the furniture Library

Review translates as

Every time there is an update, it becomes impossible to open its files. You still have to contact vanspace again and again to find a combination to make it work...it's very annoying, I really regret my purchase.

Thank you for the review.

This would not be a software issue as it is just a straight up app that you download.

If needing to reset permissions on your system every time that you update, this would lie in the settings of either your Firewall, Antivirus or both.

The exclusions required never change and so once inserted correctly, would only need be done once.
