Scammers and fraudsters avoid this company they take your deposit then fail to deliver. Did a deal was more than happy with the deal but failed to deliver the vehicle on 2 seperate occasions the van was still advertised for sale on several selling sites my belief is they where waiting to get a better deal on the van but a deal is a deal to me, i got my deposite back eventualy all they had to do was deliver the van like promised but they broke the contract so i demanded my deposit back.

Appalling. The van was supposed to be in good drivable condition.
The brake pads and disks need redoing as a matter of urgency. Also, the body work is covered in dents, the back doors don't shut properly.
We would lose the deposit we paid for delivery if we didn't take it, so decided to accept the pitiful £200 off despite pads and disks costing £500 fitted.
Come to tax it and no log book or any form of paperwork. It's now going to cost another £25 for a log book.
Also, going to cost us £40 to tax it without a log book or have to wait 3 weeks for it to arrive losing business opportunities.
Stay far away. Only positive was that the guy that delivered was friendly - but I believe that is a separate company that provides delivery. Total scam artists.

Bought a van from Vanstation and it broke down immediately. Asked for a replacement or refund and was basically laughed at.
The unbelievable thing was that they never seemed bothered.
Thieving scumbags.

Don’t buy a van from here!!! I bought one from here and had nothing but problems with it! Rang them up and they fobbed me off with “it was a trade sale and can’t do anything about it”! Reported them to trading standards and in the process of taking them to court as i have plenty of evidence and perfectly within my rights to claim from them.

We bought 3 vans from this company great guys and brilliant service all the way through from start to finish well done guys and tganks to lionel driver

Went today to see a vw transporter like you do hour and half journey there and back. Decided I would go and see the next one which wasn’t much to see.
Got in and called them and asked best price they gave me a price with delivery and told them give me a couple of minutes to which then I called back and low and behold some one was on a test drive what a coincidence.
Then salesman said I will call you back in 10 minutes still no answer so I called back to which after an hour there still on a test drive.
Then get a txt message will let you know when they get back .
Now this has been going on since 12 and now it’s 17:15 and still no contact.
Absolutely terrible customer service service !!!!!!!!!!!
I bet when they read this the call and txt and say sorry we forgot .
Anyway it’s a scrap yard full of damaged vans that no one wants I’m glad it was a lucky escape

FRAUD COMPANY
This company are full of absolute cowboys. We purchased a van from them and it was an absolute shambles from the beginning. Besides the fact it broke down within days and it took them two months to accept they had to take it back to fix it, they then put the van back up for sale, on their website, while they had it “fixing it” and it contained all my husbands tools and was still in our name. When we consistently called, and they FINALLY answered the phone to us, after ignoring calls from even the finance company, no one knew what was going on or how they were going to solve it. We’re now going through a compensation claim with them. Save yourself the hassle - not a brain cell between them.

Terrible experience and no customer service. Purchased a van that was advertised as having no faults and in perfect working order. The day after the van started to go in to limp mode on the motorway. Called Vanstation for help and they didn’t want to know, I was calling multiple times a day and being ignored. When I did get through would be promised a call back and then no one would call. I found details in the van for the previous owner who confirmed the van had blown up on him due to turbo issues and he sold it for a cheap price to webuyanycar. Spoke to vanstation and at this point they offered for me to have a quote for the problem and they would either pay for the rectification or take it to their own mechanic. They refused the quote I obtained and assured me it would be taken to their mechanic and they would replace the turbo. During this time I was losing out on work due to not being able to use the van but I kept having to continuously chase for anything to happen. They then came to collect the van, I marked the turbo so I would know if it was replaced or not. They said this would take 2 days, 4 days later i was still chasing to have the van back as I was due back at work the next week. They assured me it would be delivered back on the Sunday. On the Sunday I heard nothing, only to eventually find out they are closed on Sundays and don’t even do deliveries on that day. Got the van back and checked and it was the same turbo so they hadn’t changed it as advised. Staff I spoke to were continuously rude and this place has no customer service at all. I continued using the van to see if there would be any further issues and after a few days the problem persisted and the van was blowing black smoke out the back. After six weeks and numerous phone calls they finally offered a refund which I took and ran with.

My mom also purchased a van from this place prior to me and it’s now completely not working and the company will not help. I wouldn’t ever ever go near this company again . I spent all I had on that van and could have ended up thousands down because they do up broken down vans to look like good condition and falsely advertise. The manager has even told my mom they don’t care about bad reviews online as they sell loads of vans.

Avoid avoid avoid!

I decided to purchase a custom van from this company after reading their reviews and giving them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, it was a complete waste of time.
I viewed four different vehicles, and every single one had noticeable issues. Despite this, all were advertised as “perfect running” with “no faults,” which is simply untrue. The descriptions are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the vehicles.
None of the vans matched the photos shown online. The images appear to be outdated or edited, and they do not represent what you will see in person. The quality is far below what is advertised, and the prices are completely unjustified.
I strongly advise others to avoid this business. Save your money and go somewhere honest and transparent. Based on my experience, this company cannot be trusted.

poor communication. It looks like ignoring you is a company policy hoping you go away. I bought from these and have found that the vehicle has been clocked, I have had no response from these muppets so will be reporting it.

staff very helpful to start with done a deal van got delivered not quite as described and missing a tow bar that i was told was fitted by a staff member, obviously never bothered to actually check the vehicle and van not as tidy as described, they offered a refund to cover cost of a new tow bar which was the next problem after just over a month of phone numerous phone calls i managed to get the refund paid, so just be careful what you buy .

Theives. Put a deposit over the phone on a van. The gearbox needs replacing not as advertised. Now ignoring my calls and no refund. Having to open a dispute with the bank. These are theives selling scrap

Bought a van from this company and within 48 hours and 100 miles later seized engine. Tried to get refund and not interested. I wouldn't buy a wheelbarrow from these guys avoid at all costs or buy at your peril. I'm now £2500 out of pocket. Trading standards next recourse. What a bunch of cowboys.

Please avoid at all cost they lie and haven’t got a clue what there selling

I visited this morning was not a single van without damage. I think these are Salvaged right offs or end of life vans.I honestly have seen better in a scrap yard.
