A nice store and many flavours that i like, and always a great welcome from staff member Spencer that has been on shift each time i go in, iv'e noticed he went the extra mile to help a customer before me which had nothing to do with the buisiness also he has done similar for me which is how staff and people should be, if i had a buisiness i would be delighted to have this man on my team, he is friendly, down to earth and very knowledgeable around products, he recommended the mineral water juice which i now always return to between cycling flavours. Spencer provides fantastic customer service from start to finish, top man.

Visited the shop in Warrington last week. Ashley the member of staff was extremely helpful and answered all our questions about what products would be best for us and pointed us in the right direction. Excellent service

I came into Newark vape HQ with my daughter, she is a regular customer.
I'm a first time vaper it was great to meet Tristram who talk to through my options. I came away with a Q2 and some Qsalts. What an asset to the company. Tristam took the time to explain how the device works and the best strength to use, as I very recently quit smoking. I will be visiting again and setting up my own customer account. Thanks again Tristam

This is the best vape shop in Newquay by a mile, the staff are very friendly and helpful and I wouldn't use a different shop.

Visited Newark Vape HQ today and was greeted by the lovely Tris. Tris always is so welcoming and polite. Always clean and tidy and always stocked up! Always a great experience any time I visit!

I have been going to the Newark Vape HQ store for well over a year now & whenever Tris serves me he never falls short on amazing customer service & fully explaining new products or flavours to me. Tris is so lovely to interact with & we often have conversations about anything & everything. Could not ask for a more pleasant person to be served by as he truly does go above & beyond for his frequent customers, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new vape store!

I don't usually submit reviews but wanted to give credit where credit’s due.

From day one, I've found Tristam from the Newark branch not only incredibly knowledgable and friendly but his customer service is second to none.

My only criticism is that he’s a spurs fan but we cant all be perfect right 😉

I went in to vape HQ Woodhouse road Mansfield and within minutes he was helpful after asking for a vape I brought one for £12 and I have had it since and helped me quit smoking fags and I'm feeling loads better he has so many vapes should go get one good and cheap and very polite

Excellent service at the Retford branch today. Went in for my husband and needed help buying new coils and didn’t know which he needed. Jay checked the account and found the make and quickly helped find what was needed and recommended some flavours of liquids for me, which have gone down a treat with my husband (as I don’t vape and have no clue what I’m doing!) excellent customer service and a friendly atmosphere in the shop. Will definitely call again 5*
