REPLY TO YOUR EXPLANATION
No email was sent to me at all regarding a alternative colour, choice.
It's a vape I've kept it, I probably would have picked the one I received as a second choice anyway, it was a honest review, I'm greatful for your responses but I really didn't get the email of colour choice, it's a vape it'll do, thanks yvonne

Dear Yvonne,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with your recent order.
Upon receiving your order, we immediately noticed that the rainbow color you selected had unfortunately run out of stock. We understand how disappointing this must have been for you, and we truly regret the oversight.
In an effort to resolve the situation promptly, we promptly reached out to you via email, offering several alternative colour options to choose from (Please check your spam mail) As we did not receive a response, we decided to send you what we thought would be a suitable color replacement, believing it would meet your preferences.
However, we understand that this did not meet your expectations, and for that, we are truly sorry. We value your satisfaction and want to make things right.
If you are unhappy with the colour you received for any reason, we encourage you to contact us at orders@vapesaloon.co.uk, and we will do our best to rectify the situation to your complete satisfaction. Your happiness as a customer is of utmost importance to us, and we will take every necessary step to ensure your experience with us is positive.
Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding. We hope you will give us another chance to serve you and regain your trust.
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, and we look forward to resolving it promptly.

Can't fault them...
My regular Vape Shop for the last 18 months. Always helpful, a good selection of Vape Juices, Mods, and Coils. If for any reason they don't have what you're after in stock, just ask and they'll get it in for you pretty sharpish.
Highly recommended.
