Completely outstanding!
Being a competent but unsure DIYer I thought that I’d have a go at replacing our old rotting timber and corrugated roofing sheets with a new polycarbonate structure.
After having a quick look at Varico’s very informative website, I sent over some briefing notes and supporting images that were quickly responded to by Regan and we agreed on a spec to suit my needs - A very reasonable quote was then emailed over.
In fact; so reasonable compared to other online sources, that I rang to doublecheck that everything I needed was included!
As well as confirming parts and pricing (again!) Regan was happy to discuss what I needed to do and I was also given ‘above and beyond’ advice on various items including LMN silicone sealant, fixing screws/caps and flashing tape etc.
Everything was quickly and efficiently delivered as requested and has now been installed without any issues – What more can one ask for?
In summary: Good pricing, excellent advice, great products and outstanding service!
