I am a small business owner on eBay. Veeqo has helped me scale up my business and I really do appreciate it. Without Veeqo, I never would have been able to scale to the size I am at today! The one thing that kinda bugs me but mostly is not Veeqos fault is that you can’t really file and insurance claim with FedEx or UPS if you buy the label off of Veeqo. For anybody who has bought a label off of eBay for FedEx or UPS, you know the account number issue. Veeqo kind of has the same problem. It is possible however to get an insurance claim paid out though. Just very tricky. Otherwise it is a great tool!

There are so many simple fixes that would make this system so much better but apparently there is no decision maker at Veeqo that has any power, interest, or ability to make needed changes.
There is no ability to modify packing slips, box sizes aren't sorted, the PO system was made by an 8 year old, reshipping an order take 5X as long as on our old system, and updating products in bulk is like reassembling the Great Wall of China from scratch.
I moved to Veeqo because it updates Amazon inventory quickly and I absurdly thought an Amazon product would be better. But yet it is 20% good, 20% OK, and 60% the devil reincarnate.

Absolutely HORRIBLE software. Its been more than a week and the inventory synching between Amazon and Veeqo is not taking place properly. I believe this is the basic task of the software and that also it is not able to perform. Customer care team is saying, there is a bug and our team is working but we cant give a deadline. Expected a better service and better sofwtare by an Amazon owned company.
Veeqo does not support the Royal Mail International Large Letter DDP (duty paid) service to the USA which is essential in these post-tariff days to trade effectively with America via either Amazon.com or Etsy. The service code is BZX. Support say use International Duty Paid Parcel - but of course that is £14.50 + per package v BZX at £7.20 - so we have lost out entire etsy trade and amazon.com trade

It's interesting to note that there are several complaints about the same problem here. The system is full of problems and support never acknowledges any of them. Products that are linked are completely different, orders that are not synchronized. Amazon forces us to use this horrible system, dismissing claims and OTDRs (which in my opinion constitutes "tied selling"). In general, I don't recommend this system to anyone.

Back in October USPS froze all our Veeqo (Amazon) shipments from our website due to "postage not paid". From best knowledge someone was generating fraudulent USPS labels thru Veeqo. After weeks of items not being delivered by USPS and run around by Veeqo we ended up reshipping or refunding orders to our customers. Veeqo just kept saying more time, we all know no one is going to buy anything on line and wait 3+ weeks to get it. We are now 3 months later and Veeqo still have not offered one penny in compensation for
1. The items that were never delivered
2. The items that we refunded that we never got back
3. The cost to reship the item to the customer
4. The original postage that was paid.
It's pretty sad that a company like Amazon does this to their users. They just keep on saying its "ongoing". Well its been 3 months I think you are best off at this point to just say you are doing nothing and we are just out of luck.
So yeah, use Veeqo at your own risk. Its a great platform to use but understand if something happens they are going to leave you to fend for yourself even though it was them who took your money. Shame on you, for a company the size of Amazon this was a pathetic example of how customer service should work. Amazon them selfs would have refunded this it it was there customer direct but I guess they feel like you should not do anything for your own.
FYI this has at least happened 3 times now that I have seen. Best off using a service like Shopify shipping, Shiprush or any other of the vast amount of shipping programs. Do not take the carrot of "free" it will cost you dearly in the end.

This is some pro level gaslighting. FIVE YEARS AGO the CEO announced carrier branded packaging for USPS, Fedex and UPS on their official changelog page.

The carrier branded packaging does not exist for UPS in Veeqo as of current. It also did not exist when I first reported it about 6-8 months ago. BOTH chat support tickets claimed this would be a "FEATURE REQUEST", and NOT a bug. Wtf?!?
I swear, they must pay these people extra to double down on the gaslighting while still not providing the features they claim they have.

Purchased labels for orders that needed to be shipped to then find out USPS was holding our packages because they did not receive payment from Veeqo even though Veeqo charged us. I submitted a ticket, with all the information needed- order # tracking # and even transaction ID #
It's been weeks without a resolution.
I read online that a lot of people have dealt with this issue and Veeqo basically told them there was no solution.

Veeqo’s customer service has been incredibly disappointing. I reached out for help with a simple issue.
I just needed to ship an additional package. The first associate, Kamila, stopped responding without resolving anything. The second representative, Jean, also failed to provide a clear solution and even responded with an unprofessional tone, saying, "Well, that's an interesting question."
This has been a frustrating and time-consuming experience. I’m extremely disappointed and will be switching to another shipping service.

We needed to ship some lithium polymer batteries to France. We followed the International shipping guidelines with proper packaging, with proper labels for HAZMAT (UN3480), and MSDS documents. What we did not realize is that Veeqo/Amazon shipping are not approved for shipping these type of items, and the package got rejected and returned back to us. Next thing we know, we could not login to Veeqo account. Turns out they disabled our account and demanded that we get International Certification for shipping HAZMAT items. We informed them that we have no desire to ship batteries internationally going forward due to the hassle, not to mention Amazon shipping service does not allow it, but they still insist that we get certified. We told them this requirement does not make any sense as it cost a lot of money to get certified for something we don't intend to ship again. They insist we have to get certified or they won't enable the account. No matter how we pleaded with them, they simply will not budge. Finally, we asked them if nothing else, can we retrieve some business reports so that we can reconciliate expenses before closing the account. Their answer is, no, they cannot help us until we get certified. Unbelievable! They are ruthless people who don't really care about you.
PS. The links that Veeqo provided in their response below do not mention anything about the need to obtain IATA certification in order to reactivate an account. Instead, submitting a valid SDS document is all that is needed, which we have. Veeqo is grossly misinterpreting the requirements as if certification is needed. Incompetent to say the least.

Amazon shipping is already free, and this platform adds no value. They also have the annoying ability to send emails from the amazon.com domain, making them difficult to block the spam messages, and no unsubscribes are ever given. I would recommend never engaging with them if possible.

Spent all day trying to figure this out and still haven't done so. The customer service is HORRIBLE leaving you on hold for hours..this is not intuitive with several rules you have to understand to use.

dont get sucked into believing veeqo Guarantees with Amazon where they say they "Guarantee no AZ claim for orders shipped with them", and that they "have your back".
the reality is that AZ will ignore Veeqo claims, and will decide against you regardless as they laugh to themselves at how arrogant and powerful they are.
you painstakingly follow all their rules to qualify for the Guarantee criteria, but it makes no difference.
Veeqo can do nothing if AZ is in a mood of crushing sellers for fun, like it normally is.
you can then spend months dealing with Veeqo support who drag you along waiting for you to loose interest, and then around 3 months later after boring you with a multitude of different excuses, and referring to the "technical twerps" Veeqo support will come back with an answer to a question you did not ask.
and you will not get your "guaranteed" money back
Veeqo is just as corrupt and scammy as the company which owns it.
they say "we have your back" while they twist the knife in it.
and they all laugh together at how all these fools actually believed their phony "guarantee"

Generally product works well, but if there's an issue, it's hard to get Veeqo to fix things. Feels like, they just leave you with the issue to deal with it yourself or work it around yourself, with no option or solutions. It is frustrating, so we pray every day that the product works without issues, if we run into issues, we are on our own. If Veeqo wasn't tied to Amazon we would move off Veeqo next day, right now, we are evaluating our options to move our operations on another platform.

They force me to use Amazon shipping.
Amazon shipping is more expensive then USPS + I need to pay for a pickup. for the same order shippingeasy will give me USPS for 1/2 the price.
