Nathan, we’re disappointed by your feedback. We checked our system and this policy was purchased online. The rate and coverage was displayed by our system before you could make a selection and purchase. We also offer the option to buy with an agent if you want to consider us in the future.

We checked with the tag office and the policy shows active. The vehicle registration is what is showing inactive. We are happy to help if you need additional assistance. Again, you policy has been active since you purchased it.

What made my experience great
