What a mess
What a mess. This company is actively giving web3 a bad name.
They have shady business practices and need to spend more time fixing their product.

We’d love to understand the issues you’re experiencing with one of our products and the business practices you are taking about.
Looking at the timing of your message it seems like you aren’t happy with the addition of KYC feature to our wallet solution. This was unfortunately a necessity to be compliant with EU-law.
I don't understand why they're addressing me so deceptively in the mail
I have nothing to do with them, I don't use their services, I didn't register with them, yet they send me their emails. They send me messages about, for example, setting up KYC and completing registration. An email with no unsubscribe option, and still 100% from a pwned database, a very unpleasant practice for a "solid" company. On principle alone, I would not use you for services anymore and would rather look to your competitors. I'm pretty squeamish about this, and out of business to boot.
EDIT: they probably don't understand that I haven't knowingly registered anything from them or affiliated services. NFT gives me a rash I'm a BTC toxic maximalist, let them fool others. ;)

Hi, most likely you signed up via a web3 game or app that is using the venly wallet solution for onboarding. During sign up you create a blockchain wallet and then go back to the application. Examples are the sandbox, Vulcan forged, or about 100 other applications.
You can check this on https://wallet.venly.io when you log in using the same method you did on that particular application.
We were forced to add KYC as more and more regulation is coming to web3 and we decided to follow the route of compliance instead of being non-compliant with regulation.
The email is a product update email for all 4M users and not a marketing email hence there was no unsubscribe because it was not a marketing email.
Apologies for the confusion.
Cool tools, a little disjointed
Seems like they will have really cool tools, but most were not useable for my given project. They are currently a little disjointed and after starting with them I ended up using a different company.
I think they have potential to be good but just arent there right now

I applied for a job there
I applied for a job there. After a written test and an interview, the recruiter started ghosting me. Direct inquiries were simply ignored.
Imagine that, after investing a lot of time, they even don't have the courage for a simple "no"...
Based on my experience, I wouldn't be surprised if they generally work that way.

Good site for buying and selling NFT's. They have lots to choose from. Coincidentally they have Gaimin NFT'S to buy which is great if people would not rather earn them from running the Gaimin platform. At a cheap price now. I doubt if they will be long though. Excellent customer service too. Recommended 100%
