Ventrolla restored our original 1860's…
Ventrolla restored our original 1860's sash windows and fitted their draught proofing system. A wonderful improvement and a warm house! We are delighted with the quality of the work and competitive price. The windows are now looking great and are easy to maintain.

Top quality materials and workmanship
We've used Ventrolla 5 times over the past 20 years, most recently to replace some of our existing single-glazed sashes with double-glazed ones. These are visually identical to the originals, and run in the same boxes, so only the sliding bits have been changed.
The Ventrolla system that allows removal for decoration etc. is great, and we've always been very impressed with the fitters, most recently Derek Oswald, who always arrived on time, was polite, knowledgable and helpful, and made extra efforts preparing the room with dust sheets and tidying up afterwards to ensure that everything stayed clean and dust-free.

Beautiful Windows
A few years ago ventrolla fitted 3 sash and case windows in my victorian flat and they were excellent. We had them back this week to do another 2 sash windows at the back of the flat and we just couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you so much to Paul & Matt who fitted the windows. They were highly skilled, really knowledgeable and worked so hard. All rooms were left tidy and they were really friendly to speak to.

Great workmanship
The Ventrolla team renovated sash windows on the front of my house which required replacement of a couple of panes, balancing the weights, installing draft excluders and replacing windowsills for multiple windows; together with re-hanging my front door. The team (Damian, Lucas & Jakob) worked efficiently and were highly skilled. I’m very pleased with the results and have no hesitation to recommend the company.

Quickly fixed problem
I would have given 5 stars but could not because Ventrolla used the incorrect specifications when making 4 sash windows. However, they quickly admitted the problem and did everything they could to fix and install the correct windows at a later date without any cost to me. The installation team was great (professional and friendly), as well as Mollie, the Coordination Manager.

Great result, would recommend
Jake was about as conscientious a professional as you could wish for. Attention to detail, cleanliness and getting the job just how we wanted were admirable. Our sash windows are transformed, look stunning and function massively improved. I’ll be honest we initially thought Ventrolla a little more expensive but with the job done I’d say just good value for money — you definitely get what you pay for!

Mansion Doors and Surround
The team arrived on site, set up was professional, removed the old doors and surrounds in preparation for the delivery of the new doors and surround.
The engineers were polite/professional and did a fantastic job in my opinion.

Wow, what can I say about Ventrolla. I researched long and hard before taking the plunge and I’m absolutely blown away by the results. We dealt with Paul in Bristol who understood what I wanted from the start. Communication was fantastic throughout.
