After an initial hiccup with the survey, the work of refurbishing our period sash windows was undertaken by Alan McDowell and his colleagues, Allan and Kevin. I have to say that, both in execution and materials used, the standard of work was exceptional. The workers were punctual, friendly, polite and very knowledgeable about their product. And despite the inconvenience, the guys were more than happy to accommodate into their workflow an independent tradesman that we had contracted to fit lead window trays and mullion aprons. Moreover, notwithstanding clearly difficult personal circumstances, Alan McDowell made a point of attending to the job and our requirements with self-less dedication and great professionalism. We could not be happier with the work done and the guys who did it. Thank you Alan, thank you Ventrolla.

Rob, James, & Tyler all turned up on time (about 7:45am-8am) all three days. They have done a great job with our sash windows and it was completed quickly! Thank you so much! All three gentlemen were lovely and nothing was ever too much trouble. Rob spoke to us about how they were fitted so that at a later date they can be painted with a final coat. Thank you all again.

Just had our windows fitted and we are delighted by the service. The measuring up was well done, and easily, then once the windows were ready the fitting was excellent. Justin spent three days fitting the windows and was absolutely brilliant. His timing was spot on, very easy to have in the house, tidy and the fitting was perfect. He did a fantastic job and while the new windows were great his fitting of them and his attention to detail made the whole experience really easy with the finished product looking great.

From the very first encounter with the person who came to do a site visit, our experience with Ventrolla has been excellent. A totally unpressured quote was provided the day after the visit; questions were answered promptly and we were kept informed the whole time about how our windows were being made and when they were ready. The installation by Mark and Carl was excellent - they were professional and friendly and everything went very smoothly. I would thoroughly recommend the company.

The whole process of working with Ventrolla was simple. The came and looked at what we needed, their surveyor measured and when the windows were built Derek and Eddie fitted them quickly with very little mess. Would recommend to anyone.

Simon the fitter was fantastic, very professional and careful. Our window has gone from unusable to a fully operational and draft proofed sash with the original glazing and beautiful slim glazing bars intact. Upstairs our oriel window casements had massive gaps and wouldn’t open or close properly - Damien our second fitter took almost 7mm of paint off and the refitted the windows with brushes to seal the with Simon. We are delighted with the result which again has enabled us to keep the original windows which are almost as good as new now. Thank you!

Ventrolla recently designed, manufactured and installed a set of replacement hardwood French doors for my living room. The service was excellent throughout, from initial quotation, through detailed measurement survey, manufacture and finally installation. I was kept informed of progress throughout and had the opportunity to visit their works and see the doors in manufacture. I would have no hesitation in using their services again.

Paul and John not only did a wonderful job of fitting new sash and case windows but were polite, helpful, punctual and knowledgeable. They kept my flat and communal stair tidy and clean throughout the process and were considerate of my neighbours. The office staff were quick and informative whenever I asked questions before and after the fitting. Very impressed.

An excellent experience of having 8 new sash and casement windows fitted by James, Rob and Tyler. They could not have been more professional and personable during the time working at out cottage in Mumbles. The workmanship and skill was of the highest quality, down to the small details of the install, all completed with care and consideration for our young family. We’re so happy to have gone with Ventrolla for this project, from start to finish, the highest professional service. We’re situated in a protected area and needed replica windows made, these feel they will stand the test of time and all the coastal weather will throw at them.

We have just had our timber sash windows in out front bedroom, of our 2 up, 2 down, Victorian terrace refurbished by Ventolla. We had replacement hardwood sashes and heritage double glazed units. We are in a conservation area so we have to retain the timber looks. Mark and Carl arrived promptly at 8am and set about the job. They were great. Really nice friendly guys, did a cracking job and left the bedroom tidier than when they started ! The windows look great. Mark ran us through the process of how to remove them for painting .. looked surprisingly simple. Only install plus 1 day but they look great, room is definitely warmer and quieter and condensation was massively reduced. Would definitely recommend.
