Total Scam. I bought a periodic table of elements that was advertised as real elements but the product showed up and it's a chunk of plastic with stickers. I've emailed their customer service 27 times and always get the same canned response with incorrect English. I've noticed on their advertising emails they list a different address on each email. I google the addresses and they are either dead-end streets or Casinos in Las Vegas. They are a total scam and should die of Ghonareah and rot in hell!

What a bloody disgrace. Do not buy anything from these people absolute scam.

Very poor customer service.
I tried to contact headquarters multiple times to ask for assistances in requesting a refund on my order.
I sent 2 online inquiries with no responses and managed to get a reply through their Facebook page where I was told my query would be passed onto the right department who will later contact me, again I have not received any follow up since then.
I have decided to just keep the product as the trouble of getting a simple answer on my refund enquiry seems to be more difficult than it’s supposed to.

Terrible company to buy from!! I waited weeks for my order when it finally arrived it was 2 sizes smaller than I ordered, I was told 4 months ago replacements would be sent as well as a free t shirt as an apology for the in convenience and still have revered nothing!! Constant messaging is always met with more promises!!!! I’m not even sure if this is a legit company!!!

It's been weeks now and still no joy with this company doing the right thing by customers. I have now lodged a complaint with consumer affairs. All I can suggest to other victims is to go on the verde clo instagram site and attache messages to each of there advertisements. Hopefully this might help save other people... it was only $199.90 but I hate been conned and no one ever returns emails.

They promise a return on instagram messenger but it never happens one excuse and broken promise after another.

I thought I many have been alone when trying to get a hoodie exchanged until I found this page. I'm sorry I ever had dealings with this lot... Stay away from this brand, looked like a nice hoodie but awful customer care team service.

Appalling customer service, no replies to emails or phone calls. Made a return 3 months ago and still have not received my refund but have been promised for over a month now that it has been processed and I will receive a banking receipt.

I wish so badly I found this page before I bought from these scam artists.
I purchased $300 worth of clothing. A jacket, pants, shorts and a tshirt. All of them were well and truly under sized. I literally couldn't even get them on my body.
After a month of getting them to accept a return, they finally told me to send them back and they would refund me the return postage.
I can see from the tracking they received the items almost 7 weeks ago!
I have sent numerous emails, and if I'm lucky to get a response, it's just a "we're so sorry, we will get it sorted for you"... It doesn't take months to process a refund!!
Even when told I would report them to ACCC, they basically said "go ahead". So I did.
I urge everybody else in my situation to do the same, and hopefully they get what's coming to them!!

Returned products to exchange sizes, been 3 months now and still haven’t had a refund or my clothes returned. Keep getting told it will get sorted today but nothing ever happens. Do not buy from this joke of a company

Recently ordered an accessory for my grass trimmer. It arrived missing the pieces needed to attach the trimming wheel to the shaft.

All I get are automated responses (3) telling me that they are researching the problem and will get back to me. They haven't.

I feel ripped off.

Sadly I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company. I found an add on Instagram and placed an order the lady replied streight away (Felicity) she was very nice and even sent me a free t-shirt. Sadly it was downhill from there. I ordered 2 pairs of cargo pants in size large. They mentioned next day delivery. 4 weeks later ( After several emails) one pair turned up in size medium. The medium are more like an extra large. 2 weeks later (Yes more emails) the second pair turn up in size large but fit more like a size small.

I sent 3 emails plus 2 messages on Instagram. The emails received no response and the Instagram messages simply got sorry we will get someone to email you ASAP. The quality is less than average and sadly the service is below that. Save your money. Wish I would have, $200 down for what sadly seems a scam site.

Don’t even bother wasting your time with this company 4 months I’ve heard all the same bullpoo excuses when or if they reply and the quality of the products is poo house I don’t even think Kmart would sell it

Worst company to deal with have been stringing me along for over 2 months now & still cant give me a tracking number for goods they say they have sent.

Terrible service, ordered then get an email to say they are out of stock so wait two weeks for my item. Item does not fit so return as per instructions, 3 months later and many follow ups and still have not received my credit. They say it is on your account and when I tell them I checked out as a guest they do not respond. I am now left with no alternative but to go to the ACC. Buyers be aware!

Bought cargo pants, Received them no worries. Didn't fit so I returned them at my expense. It's been 3 months of broken promises since then. I still have no pants and $99.95 less in my bank account. STAY AWAY, BUY FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

Pants returned, it's been two months now still no refund. Customer service has been ignoring my emails. Pants were of cheap Kmart crap quality anyway.

My order never arrived! I pay $100 for a cargo pants. Kept me waiting for a month. Saying it’s on way! But never came! No tracking number too! They said that it was sent back to them and they will process a refund. But then no refund sent to me! They stopped replying to my emails. I am very disappointed to this clothing brand. Waste of money!! Heard there are many other buyers who complains too. Not very happy at all first time I had an issue with any of gym clothing brand online this verde clo the only one disappointed me!!! Rip off!! Scammers

Started off well, size did not much in which they gladly agreed to exchange for the correct sizing. I returned the product and have not received anything in return. I then asked for a refund they obliged but I am yet still to receive anything refund or product.
