We chose VMR because their data met our requirements, the service was attentive and the prices were competitive. VMR is able to produce reports that are tailored to our needs.
The standard report was already solid from the start. In some areas, the depth was enhanced by the excellent collaboration with the researchers. Market insights could be discussed and additional data/analysis was added to the report on request in several rounds. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Specific Market Analysis Report
The market analysis report highlighted many areas that were beneficial in both products and applications as well as manufacturers. After reviewing the initial report, I responded to VMR that some of the information (units & dollars) did not "balance" from table to table. They responded and corrected the errors. There were some other minor corrects made too. Overall, the market analysis report confirmed what I thought. Therefore, it was an excellent evaluation and very helpful to my decision process.
