Verona Collection Avis 17

I purchased a hooded sweatshirt that, according to the photos, looked like a very warm, winter-appropriate garment — something that could easily be worn in winter instead of a jacket, with a thick and warm hood.
Unfortunately, the product I received is just a regular sweatshirt with a slightly fleece-like or polar-style fabric. It is not suitable for winter wear and definitely cannot replace a jacket, as the photos strongly suggest.
The quality of the item are not adequate for the price. The product does not match the description or visual presentation. While the photos look beautiful, the actual item has very little in common with what is shown.
I do not recommend this product.

Such bad quality of dresses and arrived so late!!! When I tried to return and get a refund they refuse, I spent £70 and then £15 to do the return and that is money I will likely not get back now!! Don't buy from them!!!

I ordered some items which took over one month to arrive then when I noticed two items did not fit me instead of returning which would have cost me alot to send back to China it was agreed I would be refunded 20% but two months later despite emails and calls nothing so I would not recommend at all!

I ordered a dress from this company. It is absolutely nothing like the product advertised and different colour. Despite numerous emails they are yet to respond in relation to return. So unable to return despite their returns policy. SCAM no money returned and false advertising

If I could give less than 1 star I would £84 down, Avoid avoid avoid what they advertise is not what you get, I returned my jumpers and received nothing 😕 they have blocked me.

OPLICHTERS, 19 nov long sleeve top besteld en op 5 dec maar eens gevraagd waar het blijft! Krijg ik vandaag 11 dec pas mail terug dat ze problemen hadden met hun mail systeem en komen ze er nu achter dat mijn item niet meer voorradig is (na alle reviews geloof ik dat dus niet). Maar goed of ik voor 80 euro wil shoppen met een tegoed bon (zwaar lachwekkend dit maar goed) . Maar het aanbod geld terugstorten krijg ik dus niet hè wat gewoon heel normaal is en zelfs juridisch juist dus daar gaan we dan maar mee aan de slag want elk bedrijf is te vinden en ook elke tussen persoon in deze! Maar goed heb dus aangegeven dat ik mijn geld dus terug wil en dit direct beantwoord op hun mail……..we gaan het meemaken, wordt vervolgd

23 november een shirtje besteld. Al helemaal betaald, alleen krijg niks binnen over of hij onderweg is of iets dergelijks. Het is inmiddels al 7 december. Ze geven ook geen antwoord terug op mijn e-mails die ik verzendt heb. Oplichters!

In oktober een winterjas Anna besteld en nog steeds niet binnen wel betaald maar niks ontvangen

Het is de miskoop van het jaar, zogenaamd een handgemaakte leren tas. Plastic en ook nog van een slechte kwaliteit. Wat een oplichtersbende zijn jullie.

Ik dacht dat het misschien wel zou lukken.
Helaas. 10 maart bestelling geplaatst en nog steeds niets binnen.

This website is dodgy and acam item received Japanese company made in China supplier is in different name Juan return address is morroco pay by ourselves is very Very very complicated not advice people to buy from this website. The website says it is easy for refund however it is the opposite. You cannot return the package.

I ordered 6 items from Verona, and I received a damaged jumpsuit. I have reached out through multiple channels to ask to exchange: I have texted them numerous times at the number they have provided on their website and tried DMing them on Instagram and doing an audio call. I filled in the form that lets you initiate a return or exchange on their website, but once I clicked submit, the page refreshes and takes me back to the Help page. I liked the items I received, even though their quality is not amazing, but their customer service makes me never want to do business with them again.

I recently had a terrible experience with Verona collection. I received damaged items. I was told to return the items but when I returned them they didn't issue a refund. I have the proof that they received the items. They now have both of my jumpsuits and my money. I received the package on March 9th returned it March 10th and today's March 27th and still no refund. And they're completely ignoring me. Horrible experience I feel like there's different management or something because Verona Collection wasn't this awful before. This business is a scam. Please stay away from it!

Loved all the items that I received. Quality hijabs in a variety of colours and fabrics. Their modest clothing and abaya collection is beautiful. Verona Collections customer service was excellent, they were responsive and happy to answer any queries I had. I look forward to shopping with them again very soon.

Fantastic gifts for my wife and daughters for Eid

Excellent products! I recently bought some viscose hijabs and I must say their quality is amazing and they work really well for pretty much every occasion and weather. The only drawback - as most hijab companies - are the high prices of some of their items. Other than this, I love this company :)
