Avoid parcel never arrived got sent back to merchant they ignore emails and messages and can't get through on phone. Rebranding or liquidation. Next stop trading standards. Absolute pathetic.

disgrace of a company
I’ve been waiting for over a month on a refund and the company have now stopped correspondence with me I left a review and they basically said I wouldn’t get a refund unless I removed it which I did now I haven’t received any response nor refund I am now being forced to go through trading standards. Please stay away from this company as they’re a disgrace to deal with absolutely horrendous customer service and the only way to get a reply is to leave a review then they contact you honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I’m now having to go through trading standards to get my money back absolutely ridiculous

Missing itmes and no refund
I ordered 4 sunspel tops.
Only 2 turned up.
Delivery note had 2 crossed off with no explanation or refund. Tried emailing but no response.
There seems to be no way to con tact them.
Shame as the 2 tops that turned up are great.
If other tops had been delivered or refund this could have been a 5 star rather than a 2
I've now received a refund thankyou so now a 4 star plus for me.

Esperienza da zero stelle
Se avessi potuto dare zero stelle lo avrei fatto. Nulla da dire sui capi d'abbigliamento che ho comprato online (ottima fattura), sito chiaro e navigabile semplicemente. Servizio clienti pari a zero. A tutt'oggi 03/08/2024 sono in attesa di ricevere l'ordine del 19/07/2024. Ho comprato altri capi che ho deciso di ritirare direttamente io in negozio. Ho scritto più volte tramite il form del loro sito e tutto tace, ho chiamato e sostengono di aver affidato ad un fantomatico corriere ma non si sa chi è e quando. Esperienza pessima. Se e quando deciderò di comprare da loro lo farò solo fisicamente in negozio.
