Just completed the purchase of our first property in puerto rico. Victoria &associates made it all so simple. Really highly recommend there service

Although we ultimately purchased our property through a different agency, Victoria at Victoria and Associates supported us throughout the entire process from start to finish.

She was always available on the phone whenever we were unsure about something, taking the time to explain the process, make sense of what was happening, and reassure us when things felt overwhelming. Buying a property can be stressful, especially when navigating unfamiliar systems, but her guidance and support made a huge difference.

What impressed us most was that there was no financial gain for her in doing this. She genuinely wanted to help and continued to offer advice and assistance despite not being involved in the sale itself.

Her professionalism, knowledge, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond are rare qualities to find. We are incredibly grateful for all her help and would highly recommend Victoria and Associates to anyone looking for honest, trustworthy, and caring property professionals.

The advice I was given regarding my VV license was totally incorrect resulting in me loosing my license. Very expensive mistake.
