Unfair Subscription Renewal

Unfair Subscription Renewal – No Reminder, No Refund

I was charged $114 for an auto-renewal without receiving any reminder email. I contacted Videoleap support within minutes of the charge but was told I don’t qualify for a refund, even though I haven’t used the service.

This feels like a subscription trap. Customers should be reminded before such a large charge is taken, and refunds should be available when issues are raised immediately. Very disappointing customer service.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. Charged me 120 dollars for a yearly subscription and I never asked for it. The app is trash and they are stealing money.

I signed up for a free trial through…Automatic renewal after free trial, no refund even if cancelled immediately

I signed up for a free trial through Videoleap’s website and forgot to cancel before the renewal. I canceled the subscription literally minutes after it renewed and did not use any premium features.
Despite explaining the situation, the company refused to refund the €79 charge. Apple can’t help since the purchase wasn’t through the App Store, and my bank directed me back to the app.
Very disappointing customer service for an honest mistake. Be extremely careful with their trials — even if you act immediately, they won’t refund you.

Very bad service

Very bad service, i paid 10eu, the app didnt recognize my payment and 24 hours later i still dont have any reply, renewal or money back. They just stole my money for the second time

RISOLTO Charged After Cancelation!

Very disappointed. I only used the free trial and canceled well before April 12th, yet I was still charged €22 for a service I didn’t use. To make it worse, my subscription is still active and customer support hasn’t replied. This feels careless and untrustworthy. I’ve requested a refund, but I definitely wouldn’t recommend this platform.

Total scam

Total scam! Mediocre app. I had a subscription back in days it was 9.99£ per month. I restored this January the subscription, was sure they will charge me 9.99£ PER MONTH, but just today I noticed they charged me EVERY WEEK. so in total from January they charged me for ~50£

The app doesn't work and they do not refund you your money after cancellation. I unsubscribed the same day I subscribed but yet haven't received my refund. They cancelled my subscription on the app yet I haven't received my refund

Voice swap stopped working after a week, no service no refund

App stopped working within a week. Had to cancel all my visa cards after reading all the reports all over the internet even on their facebook - it seems they are constantly stealing from people's bank accounts with unwarranted and repeated charges. Major hassle cancelling my visa card and about 5 hours work registering the new one with all my billers. This seems to have been a genuine business once, that has now turned into a mega scam or is fully automated but broken with no humans to trouble shoot - shocking given the number of prior sales, I wonder what went wrong. Fraud branch of my bank is seeking refund since they charged for a whole year but as is common (per others reports) I only got a week worth of a working app. Pretty much stopped working soon after I paid over $100 for it, after the trial. Back to front.

Free trial period is a scam

I booked a free trial period of 1 week. They then automatically charged me a year's subscription of $39,99. I would please like my money back. I cancelled the subscription after 1 day, and noticed that they had already charged me while I still had 6 days of trial period left! This is absolutely not okay. Please refund me, and I will remove this review. Thank you.

Total scam.
I already tried to unsubscribe immediately during free trial, they charged anyways. No response.
I really don't know where my subscription is "located"
In the app itself, they tell me "no subscription"
Apple, I don't use
Went through both of my google play accounts -> nothing
And then: paypal charge....
Total scam, this is how they survive, living on people unable to cancel their free subscription
Still not solved.

Scammed

The app is okay, the customer service and general ethics of the company is awful. I cancelled my week trial and have been charged anyway. After claiming they did not have my card details stored, they took money direct from my bank account. Scammed out of £69, I have been back and forth with customer services who are now only copying and pasting a generic response. Genuinely appalled with this treatment and certainly not worth this hassle for such a mediocre app.
