I paid $14.99 for 2-3 day delivery. My package was shipped on the 9th day and received it on the 11th day. I emailed my concern and never received a response. This will likely cause me to use a different product going forward. I no longer trust the organization.

Poor results - and not great value for money
After 3 months I haven't noticed much difference, and I believe there are stronger more affective products on the market. Not sure whether to continue using or not at these prices....

I called to customer service about my $100 order that was not received and yet to have heard back from vigrx. Why would you send the package through usps? Makes no sense when usps is so unreliable.

Dear Anusorn. It is the customer that choses the shipping method at the time of the order. The service you chose was the cheapest method. Tracking shows it as delivered and customer service has replied to you multiple times. Please check your junk mail and or contact us by phone.
