Virgin Games Avis

Worst Than Paddypower!!! And Thats Saying Something, Avoid These Misers.

I'm not happy at all!Yesterday, the end of the month I tried to open my Vip Picks but the site had a error, when I send email to them and explained what is the problem, they said the issue will be fixed and they will come back to me.Unfortunately this never happened! All day communication with different people from support and nothing changed. I lose my Picks because of them.

Not an ‘amazing’ casino by any standards. I don’t feel like I get rewarded for being a customer, as much as I do with other casinos. I’ve never won on the ‘prize picks’ and I had 26 VIP picks, not a single prize. Of course, you’re not guaranteed to win, but not even 3 free spins compensation or anything. Other sites like Ladbrokes and Lottomart make me feel more like a loyal customer.

The site is absolutely shocking. I’ve losted over £1200 and not won nothing back. Also, they give you the boxes which is only £0.50 / £1.20 after all the money you’ve lost plus the bonuses come in and they give you absolutely nothing please stay away from this site unless you wanna lose all of your money!

Are you serious???!! 🤣🤣Where is the bottom of your websites?🤣🤣 I've been playing on your sites for six years. All of them. I systematically deposit into each one, and you swallow it up instantly. Today results monthly games -Rainbow riches - EMPTY!!! Monopoly casino - EMPTY!!! JackpotJoy - EMPTY!!! Virgin games - EMPTY!!! Bally casino - 10 pi!!! Double bubble - EMPTY!!!! Daily games all time EMPTY!!! SLAVA UKRAINE 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Do you think people don't know where all this comes from Malta? What kind of 🇺🇦 scammers own this stuff? And you are "partners" in this whole scam.

Terrible rtp. DO NOT use or sign up.
So ive never been postive one day one deposit one session weeks now its just loss its heavy loss everytime literally impossible to get ahead.
IT IS THE WORST SITE IN THE UK for slots and it got worse after leaving a review so i do not trust the fairness of the company.
Pretty disgusted at how bad it is should be banned in uk its that bad. Getting robbed every deposit hardly even hitting 20% rtp all the time i dont even know when my last bonus hit maybe 3-5 deposits ago and a week+ maybe a thousand+ spins now and its crap anyways ive never got ahead so the fee bonuses ive had all have been below £10 so yeah dont sign up dont give yohr money go and use literally any other site

Virgin games ia literally a scam avoid at all cost. We all really need to get this corrupted government to ban all gambling it will be hard because it lines theres pocket also. But we all need to do somethink about gambling only we can make a difference against theses greedy people

Every month i play box bonanza and today once again its failed me, i opened 30 boxes in prize picks and got nothing.. literally zero. not a single spin

tried virgin bet prize picks instantly after. same thing. not a single spin. im confused how this cant be rigged. bare in mind ive put on atleast £150 on each site this month alone. It cant be anything to do with eligibility. im done after that. delete for good. stay away. all it does it take take take.. you will never win on virgin

Shocking service by the customer team, then they offered a voucher to an old address when I finally got the letter back they said it didn’t exist and that no offer was sent. Don’t use virgins waste of time and money

Poor pay out percentages compared to other betting and casino sites. Tge worst one I have played.

Opened account deposited and played slots for a few days, not really anything significant, went to login after about 5 days of depositing to say contact support who told me my account was being closed and would not give any reason so ever. Looks like they have waited till I've made a few deposits had there money and then closed the account.
Avoid this site at all costs

Believe when I say this site and it's sister sites monopoly doublebubble and rainbow and ballys and jackpot joy are so so so so so so not good I want to use words I can not on here but do not sign up with these sites.. Never offer free spins never a £1 free or anything it's a joke and there daily free game I've been playing it daily for like 3 years on each site and not once have I won anything the one time I have it's been like 10p.. They say fair but how is it fair when u can prove that the customers that sign up wi get more wins just for the scam temptation that's fraud that not legal. That's just a scam same as any other is it not.. So the algorithms build info on each specific customer and provides the free daily games with priority to those who play more so they spend more.. But free games should not be allowed to be calculated and manipulated like such correct??? So yeah I spend years and have noticed they all t do the same however virgin Corp are the worse at robbing customers so be careful 1 decent win take it and go dnt ever go back on or else u gna lose

Worst of all the slot sites ... 100 free spins bonus when you deposit £10, that £10 went with just a few 10p wins ... Had my 100 free spins on the Big Bass game and in 100 spins won 42p and didn't even tease the bonus. Absolute con, avoid! Stick to the others.

Honestly avoid like the plague. I played a few games of bingo and thought it was okay. Until I bought 26 tickets and was told “sorry something went wrong” thought nothing of it until I realised they still took the money but gave me no tickets! I spent most the day trying to get customer support to rectify this however all they said was that the site was experiencing issues and to check back later. I did check back later, 3 times, same response. I went to log back in earlier to find my account has been “locked” AVOID AT ALL COST!

20.28% RTP after many spins is the facts. They can give the generic waffle about games being independently check. We know the truth, no independent body checks anything.

Seriously weirdly low RTP, agree with all the reviews there's something fishy going on. Games feel like they're 20% return to play not 94%... Needs investigating as it's obviously not right.

1.2 rating guys be carefull where u spend money

Virgin game company its scamm

The legaly robbed people

By far the worst gaming site...if you have too much money in your account this is the site to play..biggest bunch of rip off games you will ever play...play £200..might get £1.20..
Oh and then crashes...play £200...no win..coz you won £1.20 on previous £200...they go to work on horses..at least richard Turpin was a gentleman.

If any of you are downloading this for the 100 free spins.DO NOT waste your money on this disgrace of a promotion.i decided to use a tenner to activate to where i won around 80-90 cent.I then used the 100 free spins to where I won a whole 4.50 do not give in to this promo it is a waste of money

Absolutely rubbish site. Same winners. Robot's probably. Avoid like the plague
