Virgo Boutique Avis 

I have bought a few items from Virgo Boutique now most recent an Aika Navy Padded Jacket which is just fab. Placed the order at 10.30 am 5th Jan and received it the next day, incredible service. Customer service is superb, highly recommend 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

On arrival of my dress I ordered, there was a horrible odour as soon as I opened the package. On investigating more, the smell of sweat on the arms of the dress was awful. I emailed virgo boutique straight away to which they replied that they didnt know how that could be as it wasn't a returned item!! It most certainly was and considering the odour from it, it was worn for a long time! They offered me 30% off if I washed it! Customer Service is appalling, never got an explanation on return of the dress or an apology. Will never purchase from this site again.

Dress was true to description great fit.arrived quicker than I was expecting,so good I have just ordered again.

Omg the fastest delivery known to man. The quality of the jeggings and jumper I ordered was spot on with sizing and design none were cheap materials. I highly recommend this company. Will order again for sure

I find the clothes good I have ordered many items and have been happy with them. But recently I ordered a dress and it still has not arrived I have written many emails only for them to say it has been delivered it has not as it has no tracking o. It I have tried to phone non numerous occasion and I keep getting cut off, Bad customer support

First time ordering from virgo. From ordered to delivered in less than 24 hours, you can't beat that! Bought 2 pairs of runners. Price reflects quality but I'm happy with what I got. Will definately order again. Very happy.

Poor quality clothes. Bought a range of tops and jumpers and a hat/scarf set. I wore both jumpers for a few hours and they began to pill/ go bally.When I messaged the company she said it was wear and tear. They were brand new. No interest in customer care. Don't be sucked in by the good advertising and cheap prices. My advice would be to shop elsewhere. I was told there are no returns or refunds. Top is in the bin now.They aren't interested in your custom/ satisfaction/ repeat business. From a disappointed customer who never writes bad reviews.

I found this boutique ..from Tick tock shop.. there lives are very friendly..I ordered few times now . Very pleased the boutique sells lovely clothers . Pleased with my clothers I ordered my .orders arrive on time and the clothers was great fit and lovely

Tried to write a review on the link Virgo sent me by email but it didn't work. Products looked good online and on the beautiful models so got a few items.
2 pairs of boots size 8. I had to return one pair as they were probably about a UK 6.5 definately not an 8., second pair I am keeping but not sure they will last long as quality not the best.
I also got fleece lined Legging size 14 to 16, but they came up a bit small for my size 12 to 14 figure, giving them to my size 8 to 10 daughter.
One size jumper dress and long line jumper which were both snugger fitting than advertised and not great quality. On the plus side delivery was fast and efficient.

Dress arrived with missing buttons. Emailed them a couple of times to exchange. No response! Customer service is terrible.. and tbh quality is cheap too.. ali express quality. Will not use again

Don't believe their sizes. My dress arrived absolutely massive. Realized why when I checked my tags for washing. The two tags were different, one said size 10, the other size 12. I had ordered a 10. Doubt I'd shop there again.

Just got my purchase . Very pleased with service . Very prompt delivery. Will order from here again.

Ordered 3 tops payed for delivery only to receive 3 rags absolute poor quality now need to pay to return them . £10.20 to return so all in delivery and returns cost me almost £16 for 3 very poor quality tops . Never again .

Awful customer service wouldn’t recommend to anybody ! Sizing way off very small fittings and cheap quality ! Have to pay for delivery pay for returns and then they take more fees for returning items ! Don’t waste your money if you want cheap

Ordered a dress on the 21st May was delivered on the 22nd May absolutely brilliant service dress looks exactly like the picture material is lovely so happy with my purchase will definitely be shopping here again well done guys ! 😊

Fabulous collection to choose from. I placed an order for a dress in the am and received an email later that day to say it had been dispatched and recieved my dress the following day. Delighted with the dress, prefect fit and lovely quality.

Bought dresses for Christmas for my mother in law which I needed to change for a smaller size ( never wanted a refund) emailed back saying I was past the date of return so no. I then emailed back to say I understood however my mother in law was a really loyal customer and had been very sick so was unable to try anything on until now and not even a response.. Disgraceful customer service, I will make sure none of my family or friends shop here again which a lot of us have as they clearly don't care about their loyal customers.
