Great tea, good flavour. I haven’t noticed any increase in energy after drinking these teas, however this isn’t a problem for me as I bought them for the taste.

I can count on this tea to help manage my energy levels during my menstrual cycle. It works fast too! I'll recommend this to any woman who perhaps sometime experience faintly feelings during their monthly cycle due to heavy flows.
