beware of this company
this company are not honest with their customers, do not tell them that their home will be hosed down with high power jet evenundercover areas. They make excuses not to finish the job if weather wet they cannot work. When i cancelled them after just 2 men spent 2 hours just hosing down house, they refused to refund my £500 deposit. Disgusting!!!

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They have scammed an 84 year old blind man into getting solar panels that he has no chance of recooping the money. They have installed them but not even sure if they are even connected as they have not installed the app to his computer to see what they are producing and even if they are reducing his bills. This is despite several calls to ask them to do it and now they have blocked him. Going to have to get someone else to check they are installed properly at an extra cost.

Due to have batteries installed. We've since been told by another company that we don't need them and it will take us over 15 years before they start paying for themselves, we also have been told at the cheap cost of the equipment they won't be good quality. We can not get hold of the company to cancel in our 14 day cooling off period. Probably won't get back our deposit. Their email address on the website doesn't work. The salesman was pushy even though he knew we don't have much money because my partner can't work so it would be coming out of our pension. No integrity. Stay away from them. Don't hand them any money over. Will be going to trading standards regarding them.

Poor Administration.
This company installed solar panels in early June which were satisfactory. However I have requested various paperwork from them by letter and phone on many occasions to enable me to register with my energy suppler for the Smart Export Guarantee I also requested the MCS certificate and parts guarantees. Despite these requests nothing has been forth coming. Anybody thinking of using this company should make sure all paperwork is supplied before the start of any work or you will be out of pocket.
