their whole website just looks like a cheap scam. it took me a long time to try it. the pricing is hard to follow. however, the aches and pains oil actually works quite well. i use it solely now, leave all my other pain topicals unused. helichrysum is slowly fading brown spots on my skin and slightly helps with red skin spots, bruises. their current sale has raised the price of the oils i usually buy. it seems prices change as you are shopping but it usually works out better than expected in the end. they send a lot of email messages, always some kind of special going on. i suspect they are using algorithms to raise prices on customer's favorites, no proof.

I have been using Vitality balms and oils for a year or so. For me the balms have helped me to manage knee arthritis and lower back pain as well as or better than the Voltaran generic ointments. Some work better than others for me. I also like the Cacay carrier oil for my face as a night moisturizer. It's not greasy and I can tell a difference in my skin at age 74.

I have ordered three products from this company and I have severe arthritis, the balms work two to hours and the pain comes right back. I wouldn’t recommend the product to anyone with severe pain the products are very expensive.

They sent me an empty package. They responded at first with the option of giving me a 20% refund for my empty package. Then they decided best to ghost me. It's only 30$ but that's not the point. They just ripped me off. If this says anything about the company it says they don't care about their business or their customers. I will go to the bank and get a refund. I will give every page they have a 1 star review I wish I could give a zero star review. Pieces of shit.

I have been using Vitality Extracts oils for several years now. I use Hair Envy and Healthy Scalp twice weekly before using various shampoos for extremely itchy scalp - same shampoos I have been using for way longer than the V. E. essential oils. It's only after I started using Hair Envy and Healthy Scalp that I have been able to go a full two days, sometimes three days, without much itching. I have not noticed any hair regrowth though, but they work for me to stop or greatly minimize scalp itch.

In regard to BOGO sales, like most sales companies, the less expensive products are treated as the "free" items - so be careful to order similar priced items in order to get greater savings. I do use Vitality Extracts BOGO offers for the more expensive oils that I use often and usually only order one product with quantity 2 (two), so as not to lose the savings. I also wait until they have a sale of oils for $8 each or $10 each which occurs probably about once a month. I do check to make sure the size I am ordering is marked at the sale price though, because sometimes it is the 30 mL bottle on sale (that's what I look for) but other times it's the 10mL bottle or it might be the rollon or the spray.

Only once did I ever receive a bottle that, even though bubble wrapped, was broken with oil infused bubble wrap. I took numerous photos of the packaging, the individual bottle showing the broken top, the level of oil still remaining (about half) and emailed those to customer service. It didn't take long (a few days maybe) and a few messages back and forth, but within a week I received a replacement bottle.

I'm totally disgusted. I spent over $50 on an order. I never received it even tho they said it was delivered. There aren't any humans to talk to, so I'm basically screwed. Still waiting for another order from 2 weeks ago. I wont order from them again!!

I bought 2 jars of skin envy from all the wonderful reviews. Well it doesn’t work on me, used on face,neck and hands. It actually roughed up my skin not made it softer. After in dries in the skin i can see little pieces of rough sticking up especially on my hands. The company has no idea what’s going on and i don’t want a credit for another product! I don’t think my skin likes the oils used in Skin Envy. Oh well back to normal skin creams! I’m 73 and have really good skin but Skun Envy was ruining it! I guess it’s not for everyone!

I love the oils from vitality extracts, my favorite oil is the lavender oil. It smells so good and really does help to ease anxiety.
At nighttime, it helps all of us to get a good night's sleep. I highly recommend this company it has a great quality oils.

I have been using a variety of Vitality products for just over a year. I have never had any issues with any of them. While I do think some may perform better than others, I have found this to be true with any brand. I love the balms. I use Skin Envy every day, morning and evening. I'm 71 and had 2 compliments on my skin in the past week so they must be helping. My deliveries have always been timely and accurate. Since I have never had to deal with customer service, I cannot judge that.

I use the frankincense & helichrysum oil for sciatica pain and it works within 3 minutes. The smell isn't great, but most real oils like these aren't. My last order took longer, 10 days but it was the holidays so could be the mail. I've never had to deal with customer service, but that's a plus in my book. I also use it for nerve pain from a knee replacement and it really helps. Been using about 6 or so months now and happy with it.

I ordered 9 oils from them. NONE of them worked as claimed! They will not give refunds, as advertised, just Credit. I don't want credit for something else that won't work, and the Energy roll on stinks. I like the feel of the Skin Envy but it doesn't work as advertised. I feel completely scammed out of $143 !! I wished I had read reviews on a site other than Vitality's. of course theirs all had 5 star reviews. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I made the purchase, and boy did the oils work! I liked what they did for my bruising, and pain. I have arthritis and a lot of pain in my back. I started using them, and they really worked great. I was paying a great deal of money for their product, and was willing, but it was getting a bit too expensive, so I decided to see, who else sells the oils. I found two of the products in 4oz bottles for as little as $12. I did have to purchase a bottle of another oil to mix with them. Very easy to mix, and so much less expensive. I was afraid they would not work very well, so I gave them a chance. I can not tell any difference!

My order has been sitting in Utah for almost a week it shows it in route but it hasn't moved in days unhappy customer. Your virtual assistant is no help at all

I saw advertisement for 88% off and was thinking Wow great deal! Then when I got to the cart.... saw original price for 30ml bottle 159.00 slashed out now only 19.99. WHAT! I've ordered from you before and 30ml bottle use to be $40 (something like that) and now $150! Lol Whatever you guys! Upcharging.... than make it look like a deal! NOT!

I have bone-one-bone issues with both knees. The frankense and the aches and pains blend help with break through pain. Sometimes I don't even use the Voltaren cream.

It works for me. . . But I'm eventually going to require knee replacement surgery no matter what I do.

I have not had relief of various issues by using Vitalty Extracts. They smell fine but after using them for several months, nothing has improved. I find it strange that there are no negative comments about any products on their website. That shows dishonesty to me. I can’t be the only one who doesn’t love the products. Most of the reviews on their site say, “I love these oils.” I won’t continue purchasing.

I love their stuff, I have used it for about a year and love everything about it. I am not sure why people are giving bad reviews unless its competitors are afraid they are being out done by an excellent products. The frankincense relieves my knee pain almost immediately .
This is a good company and their products are excellent

Ordered their Frankincense Essential Oil Balm. I’ve used Frankincense products for years. This immediately smelled off. Like petroleum. I’m not going to try to return. Nor will I continue the use. It doesn’t smell anything like the listed ingredients. It smells toxic.

Do not expect a refund from them. They will only give store credit, even if the products don't work. Not a reputable company. I learned the hard way. I found this out yesterday
