DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. My experience matches the rest, the products are rubbish and the return system requires you to pay for postage to China.

Purtroppo devo confermare la negatività delle recensioni esistenti e che ahimè ho letto solo dopo aver ricevuto la merce ordinata, O meglio qualcosa di vagamente somigliante perchè taglia, modello sono sbagliati senza rimedio possibile, materiale rigorosamente senza etichette e di provenienza cinese spacciata sul sito per prodotto italiano, Una stella perchè di meno non si può. Ho chiesto il rimborso e vedremo cosa accadrà

Sono senza paroleeee!!
20 giorni per un ordine e non e' ancora arrivato nulla!
Puo' essere normale una cosa di questo tipo?
Da non credere che ditte cosi' lavorino ancora.
Nel sito la cronologia e' ferma al giorno 15/04/26.
Oggi e' il 20/04/26 ed ho ordinato il giorno 01/04/26.
La prima cosa che faro' da adesso in poi,
e' guardare le recensioni prima di ordinare in internet.
E' l'unico modo che si ha per salvarsi da questi siti inutili...

Non fidatevi!!!!!!!!! Il pacco non è mai arrivato e solo perché ho pagato con PayPal , ho ricevuto il rimborso!

Ho pagato il 30 di Marzo di questo anno e non ho ricevuto nulla. Dopo una settimana dall’ordine, visto i tempi non rispettati, ho inviato numerose mail, tra cui anche una Pec per recedere dall’ordine ma la risposta è stata che dovevo aver pazienza.
Tempi lunghissimi e ad oggi non mi è stato consegnato nulla, né mi hanno restituito quanto ho versato.
Ho sentito anche altre persone che si sono ritenute letteralmente truffate, o perché come me non hanno ricevuto nulla o perché ciò che avevano visto e letto in line non corrispondeva a quanto ricevuto né per la tipologia dei materiali dichiarati, né per i colori e la manifattura… tutto di scadentissima qualità!!!

Sono truffatori.
Acquistato come giacca in pelle..
A malapena c’è il colore della pelle!
Materiale scarsissimo cerniere e tutto!
Le misure fedeli sto par di palle!
Non riesco a chiudere la cerniera,che ho preso una taglia che di solito mi è larga!!
Per non parlare del tempo d’attesa 25 giorni!che loro mi dicevamo 3/6 giorni dalla spedizione!

Truffatori! Non ordinate!!!

I ordered a pair of trainers from this company. They are roughly two sizes too small and not good quality. I have emailed them asking for a full refund and have been ignored. If I could give them less than one star, I would.

I would strongly advise others to think carefully before purchasing from this company.

My experience has been extremely disappointing. The trainers I received were not as described — the sizing was completely incorrect (at least two sizes too small), there was a clear colour mismatch between the pair, and the product had a strong chemical smell on opening.

The biggest concern for me, however, was the lack of transparency. The brand presents itself with European (Italian-style) heritage and branding, which influenced my decision to buy. However, the item was shipped from China, and I was later asked to return it to a warehouse in China at my own expense in order to receive a refund.

This is not what I expected when purchasing from a company presenting itself in this way.

I was only offered a partial refund (20%) to keep a product that is unwearable, which is not an acceptable resolution.

Since then, I have come across what appear to be identical products marketed under different brand names with different “European” backstories, which raises further concerns about the authenticity of the branding.

Overall, my experience has been frustrating and misleading. I would recommend doing thorough research before purchasing.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Ordered a “Blakey” sweatshirt or so I thought. What came was the cheapest, nastiest looking piece of tat. Got the same treatment as all previous reviews. Send it back to China or 10% back! What total fraudsters. Unfortunately just going to write it off but absolutely furious scammers are getting away with it.

Ordered XL my normal size light weight sport jacket , sleeves way to short.. tried to return.. we were then informed we had to send it back to china at our cost.. almost the same as purchasing it.. beware before buying from them !!!

Do not use this company, as previous reviews they are based in China not Italy as the website seems to infer. Clothes are poor quality. I sent them a picture as requested showing item badly fitting and was offered 10% refund or to return it to China!!

After a long wait my two pairs of trainers arrived. However both pairs were unmarked and no size on them. I ordered them both in a size 39. The size delivered are more like a 37. I have never purchased trainers were the size isn't shown on the trainers . I compared them to my other trainers and found that they were much smaller in size. The quality is very poor and cheap . Very disappointed

Truffatori, questo è semplicemente quello che sono. Pubblicità ingannevole, mi irrita il fatto che permettano loro di vendere on Line nonostante tutte le segnalazioni negative. Poveri noi consumatori che non siamo per nulla tutelati. Evitate questo negozio come la peste

Merce cinese senza etichetta ne misura, colore non corrispondente pretendono un reso a mie spese in Cina non comprate

Long wait, arrived today, very poor quality horrible shoes! This company gives impression it is European and has London office! I have got to point where I am not going to order anything online, unless a click and collect British company. How many more people will they cheat before action can be taken!

Not received my parcel almost two weeks now, from a company claiming to ne based in the United Kingdom(not true), not even the number given on the site is recognised. So I will strongly YYYY advise to not purchase from this site.

Truly awful! I have received the dress I ordered and it is ok, but it's too small. As others have said the only course if action for me now seems to be sending it back to China.
I have had good communication with 'Michael' but although the messages are in Italian, I cannot find an Italian address.
I too do not think this is a real company AVOID, AVOID.
