Ползвам ги от около две години за интернет, телевизия и дори номера прехвърлих към тях. Като услуга - наистина няма проблеми, скоростта е каквато са обещали, прекъсвания почти няма. Телевизията върви окей. Техниците, които идваха при инсталацията, бяха точни и не се мотаха.
Единственото, което ме дразни, е че всяка година намират повод да вдигнат цената с някакви 2-3 лева "поради инфлация и инвестиции в мрежата". Особено приемниците как бяха безплатни, а сега и за тях се плаща... от кога "наемаме" техника на оператора? Абсурдно е. Генерално бих ги препоръчал, стига да оправят всички тези простотии.

They are the first to ask for payment…

They are the first to ask for payment of their bill, but when you try to pay it, either using the website, or the app, every single time I have problems. Either there's a problem with login, or their system doesn't like my VPN, or there's a problem finalising the payment. It's never straightforward or easy.
Please fix this cranky clunky system, so that payments are easy to make. I do not want to have to travel to one of your offices - we live in 2026, not 1976!

Вдигнаха ми сметката без предупреждение. Звънях на ... 20 минути чаках, после ме прехвърлиха и пак чаках. "Промяна в пакета"....

Каква промяна, като никой не ме е питал? Казаха да отида в магазин, ако искам да се откажа.
Отидох. Там ми казаха, че имам договор до юни и ако прекратя, дължа неустойка.
Значи вдигат цената, а аз не мога да си тръгна. Обслужването по телефона е учтиво, но безполезно с идеята да те откажат да си търсиш правата и парите. Давам 2 звезди, заради любезното момиче по телефона - не ми помогна, но поне беше мило.

VIVACOM WORST CUSTOMERS SERVICE EVER

I been today in vivacom (paradise Mall) and the lady was serving me was very rude, was chewing a gum like she was by her self, second I repeat and she took my phone for see the number and she wrote wrong, after I was saying to her the number was wrong because of a 9 instead of a 8 she dis not want to listen and just corrected and charge my 43 euro with out a reason.
After explay to her I dont want to pay that much for any reason she agree to charge me 6.67uero for the top up need. IN ALL OF THIS SHE WAS KEEPING TEXTING SOMEONE ON HER PRIVATE MOBILE.

This is absolutely the worst customers service from a company.

I have been a Vivacom customer for a long time, and unfortunately my experience has been consistently negative. The issues are not occasional — they happen all the time.

The internet and cable TV frequently stop working without any explanation, which makes the service unreliable. When you try to contact customer support, you are almost always redirected to an automated system, and getting real assistance is extremely difficult.

The biggest disappointment was during a trip abroad. I was promised free mobile data and the ability to make calls, but neither of these were actually provided. I was left without connection in a situation where I relied on the service.

This creates the impression that customer promises are not kept and that there is little to no real care for users.

I would not recommend Vivacom to anyone. Halki

I went to their store to renew my mobile plan. I specifically told the consultant: "No extra digital services, just the phone and net." Guess what? My first bill arrived and it was 15 leva higher. They added some useless antivirus and TV package I never agreed to. When I went back to the shop, the manager was arrogant and said "you signed on the tablet, it's your problem." This is legal scamming. I am switching operators as soon as this contract ends.

Endless problems

We've been having problems with Vivacom since we moved to Krastova vada neighborhood is Sofia 2 years ago. The internet is so bad that you can barely open your email. And the funny thing is we even have the 5G router so our connection shouldn't be affected by all the construction that's been done around us. When we tried to address our problems in one of their offices, the stuff was so rude and unhelpful, they kept telling us that in a couple of months the connection will get better but lol it's beeb 2 years. They are a bunch of liars that will do anything to keep you paying but they dont provide the service you're paying for...The amount of job opportunities that we missed since we cant work at home...

Unfriendly company

My personal impressions of Vivacom's work as a former customer.
Strengths of Vivacom's work: extortion, blackmail, working with collection agencies to threaten customers.
Weaknesses of Vivacom's work: helping customers abroad in case of loss or theft of a phone, customer feedback.
Overall conclusion: if you encounter problems paying for their services and need their help, don't count on them. They are more interested in bourgeois and capitalist interests than in customer care.

One star is a lot!
Unfortunately, they have time and money to spend on annoying ladies to call you and offer you their contracts, but doesn't care about the service they provide. Two weeks ago we resigned contract with them for faster internet connection and lower price. Guess what the internet went worse not only it is slow, we are losing it sometimes... That is for the internet. I am using prepaid card and paying the biggest prise with the most megabites internet and when I am outside my network is gone most of the times.... I do NOT recommend vivacom for sure!

Scammers - they ask me to pay things that I've requested to pay previously and didn't get a response. Now they come back with a bigger bill and no response on why no one assisted me when I wanted.

I have been a customer of Vivacom for…

I have been a customer of Vivacom for +15 years. I only wanted to buy a cash device from them once and then I realized that they had lied to me with the price. Then I bought an iPhone 14 worth +2189lv. and in a phone store it cost 1750lv., but in the Vivacom store they assured me that this was the lowest price also then and I re-signed my contract and they told me that they could not continue at the same price and raised my fee by 10lv. from 25lv. to 35lv. Fraudsters! For so many years their loyal customer, it has never happened that I did not pay on time for mobile internet and television. Their television is under all kinds of criticism… Home internet is ok, but not really! Totally dissatisfied with their services. And to top it all off, I wanted to buy a device from them again in cash, I told them what I was looking for, they gave me the following offer: iPhone Air 17 for 2300 lv. which I bought from a phone store for 1900 lv. which is, to put it mildly, frivolous! Every month I pay 100 lv. for phone, internet and television, the ads on TV constantly say we are the best vivakom 😂 full of laughter under any criticism. And brazenly on top of everything they call me after I have submitted a request to terminate the contract with the words: You as a loyal customer have a great offer 😂😂😂 I don't want to be cynical, but believe me, it will be a little! It wouldn't be bad to check your watches from time to time 🤡.
