The Ballymena team are great. Gary was fantastic from start to finish of the process, upgrade and when I came back for trade in. Great information and knowledge. Undecided customer …
Decided to upgrade and was very indecisive as to if I would move from iPhone. Dave the Store manager in Ballymena branch talked and guided me through all my options assuring me and answering all the random questions I concerned about. Thankfully he was very patient as I spent @ 1.5hrs in store.
I’ve went with Google pixel and have 14 days cooling off period if I change my mind…which I’m hoping won’t be case!
Thanks Dave…my contract is for 3 years so you’ve got a good cooling off period before you see me again 😆

I left o2 business after 15 years…
I left o2 business after 15 years because of incompetent - rude (Zara - store leader) consultants where I lost 45 days and the dispute almost went to ombudsman. Vodafone consultant David solved it in 3 minutes with one sms , in which I received Pac code and was found a customized tariff and price . Learning o2 how to work with customers !

I had a great experience at the Vodafone shop today. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand what I needed. They explained everything clearly and made the whole process quick and stress-free. It was a huge help getting everything sorted in person, and I left feeling confident and well looked after.
