Fantastic service
Visited the store today as have been having some awful service from O2 recently. Spoke to a lovely guy called Peter that showed me some fantastic deals to switch to. Very pleased with the service today!

Had a great experience in Vodafone Bangor today with Store Manager Zara. My airplan was up for renewal and had no real idea what I wanted. Zara talked through my options and was able to arrange a 6 month discount on my airtime going forward and also an upgrade on my broadband - very satisfied loyal Vodafone

I bought an iPhone yesterday in your Vodafone shop in Bloomfields shopping centre in Bangor Co Down. Zara was really good and treated us really well. I went back in today to buy a cover for my phone. First chap we spoke to said none available for iPhone I had bought. Another chap called Peter came to us, asked to see the phone and spent a long time looking for one!!! He found one, a perfect cover with a screen shield!! I am absolutely delighted with both phone and cover. Peter really spent time and effort finding package. Cost was only £20, so not a big sale for him, but he took the time as though it was. Such customer service from Peter, so much appreciated. As a 79 year old, I am not always treated with such courtesy. Thank you.

Abraham was hugely helpful in restoring Spotify access. This followed 60 mins phone enquiry by myself direct to Vodafone. Abraham was v patient in resolving the issue, trying a range of options until problem rectified. Great customer service

Called in to query my bill, Lee was really helpful. Tried to talk me into changing my broadband which would have been better deal but only signed to virgin 3 months ago. Will definitely come back when it's due for renewal.

Handset Upgrade in Bangor Bloomfield Store
