Lois and Jack are an asset to the company/ store in Bishop Auckland. Both went over and above, and still are, helping me with my change over from sky mobile to Vodafone. They listened and understood how I felt and what I wanted and needed. Lois and Jack are both very patient and extremely friendly, both couldn’t have done more for me if they tried.
