Kim - Vodafone Bracknell
I would like to thank Kim from the Vodafone Bracknell store for fixing my eSIM issue. It took him a short period of time to move the eSIM to my new phone. Two Customer Support Agents were not very helpful.

Upgrade
We came in to the Bracknell store to upgrade my wife’s phone. Stuart, the store manager helped us to decide on the ideal phone. He was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. We will definitely be coming back to the store in future.
