I was with Ehsan today from the…
I was with Ehsan today from the Bradford store and what a cracking young man, I bought an iPhone 16 pro max from a young gentleman called ishmail from the same store who was amazing so helpful and Ehsan who helped me set up my new phone and change my number to a new one.
The level of customer service on display here was by far the best I have ever seen. These 2 young men should be proud of themselves they are the epitome of excellence, patience and customer service, I should know I was the owner of Adams kids and various other companies with over 8000 employees these 2 and the rest of the staff stood out as amazing.
They deserve a pay rise. If it was my company I would give them a bonus and a pay rise!

Omar Khan was so helpful in resolving an issue that had been ongoing for months with the support team, clearly articulated everything around the issue and next steps. He was very professional and courteous in his manner and is a real credit to the store, I'm not overexaggerating when I say that was definitely the best customer service experience I have had, give Omar a raise Vodafone!
