I was so impressed with Maryanne & her…
I was so impressed with Maryanne & her colleagues service today!
I don’t usually come into the branch but I was greeted with a lovely friendly smile from both advisors and immediately was offered help.
Maryanne listened to my query, helped me update my plans and upgrade to a new phone.
Everything was explained throughout the query and I have come away feeling like all plans have been organised! Thank you so much!

I would like to say thank you to Leanne at the Bridlington branch, I came in Wednesday afternoon with a problem with my eSim on my S24 and my fault was resolved really quickly.

Superb customer service

Maryanne was brilliant
Maryanne was brilliant. Greeted as soon as I got in the store and after a short wait she was able to sort me out with exactly what I needed. I was a bit of an awkward customer to sort due to needing several SIM cards for data for only 1 month. Maryanne sought out the best way to do this and got me sorted in a timely manner. Thank you! Edited to add- Maryanne also suggested we check our broadband and mobile phone contracts while we were in and managed to save us some money too! 10/10!
