Kai was extremely helpful at the Bristol cribbs causeway store. His personality shine through wonderfully and made feel comfortable and at ease. Kai was able to advise on all our questions and ultimately helped us upgrade my phone. We cannot fault the experience in this store and would give him 10*+ if we could.

Fantastic service!
Being of an older generation it was daunting for me to enter the Vodaphone shop to purchase a new phone. However I was helped by a lovely store assistant called Luke who soon explained my options very clearly and soon a decision was made. He was very knowledgeable and was able to put me at ease.

Whatever question I had he always gave me clear answers and was very friendly and respect full towards us.

Luke was great!
I didn’t have to wait too long before I was served by Luke. I was only picking up an order but he explained all the processes of me moving to Vodafone etc in such great detail and was honest and clearly knows his stuff and did data protection perfectly.
