Sam was very thorough
Sam was very thorough, patient with my family as we had two phones and broadband to sort, which was time consuming. But he was very informative and entertained my size year old daughter very well too. No question was a silly question and he answered everything we needed him to.

A patient & helpful staff member
So I’ve been meaning to sort my complicated Vodafone account for weeks and finally got to the Bristol Broadmead store at last! Ayodele spent an absolute age getting me a better deal on my many plans for both my husband and my mobile phone and my broadband! He helped me get to grips with the different bits and pieces I have with Vodafone and retained my custom and also managed to upgrade my home broadband! A very patient and helpful staff member. I am so very grateful for all of his help today!!
