Today I went to the Vodafone phone shop in the Bromley shopping centre to buy a new phone. The young girl named REE working there helped me a lot. She was very friendly and helpful. Even though my English was not very good, we got along very well. I would like to thank her and the Vodafone officials for giving this beautiful girl a job.

Friendly and professional service
Came into Vodafone not sure about what contract I wanted and rhee was very helpful, kind and straightforward in the whole process. She answered every question promptly and clear and the whole process was great. (Not sure if I spelt her name correctly apologies)

Best customer service
On the 18th of September, it was my last day to collect my phone from Vodafone, before they will cancel the order I've placed. I came in a rush to the Vodafone The Glades - Bromley store. I arrived in store with 30 min to spare before they will close for the day. I told them about my order, but they were having issues with the system. After explaining to the staff members my request, that I have to get my phone, otherwise Vodafone it will cancel my order, one of the staff members, Mrs/Ms Bee stepped in and she tried logging in different computers to see which one may work. She tried a few computers and the last one she logged in worked. Thanks to her efforts, I managed to get my order. Thank you Mrs/Ms Bee.
