I've just visited the Bromsgrove store with a query about my existing contracts and ended up coming out saving over £150 a month! I've also changed my home broadband from BT to Vodafone which has halved my monthly bill for WiFi AND given me faster speeds so it works out cheaper and better! Cian and Imran were so helpful, friendly and knowledgable and are truly a credit to Vodafone, staying well beyond closing time to help me. Sorting these contracts out is something I've been meaning to do for a while but kept putting off, I'm so glad I've done it and wish I'd have done it sooner now! Thank you again Cian and Imran, top lads and well and truly a credit to the company!

As a result I actually saved money as they help organise my account so I actually left with a much better Broadband deal, new handset and data roaming package.. Would give no stars if I could
Would give no stars if I could. My phone broke. As I can’t be without a phone due to being emergency call out for my daughter and my disabled father. My only option was to take out another phone plan despite paying for the faulty one. There is £470 left of the plan and Vodafone will only offer £250 of that back. I have spent 9 hours(!!!) trying to resolve contracts I was forced to take that shouldn’t have ever been changed. I was told I HAD to take them out as the phone contract o was on no longer existed. The men in the shop were intimating and when I was told I would be called back I wasn’t. This occurred 3 times and I was cut off twice. They only accept incoming calls. I had to take time off work unpaid. The specialist care team can’t offer anything further. So likely to be stuck with a replacement refurbished phone I don’t need and a new one. I have been a customer for over 25 years. Avoid at all costs!
